Iron tab without the side effects
I originally ordered the children tabs for my littles which was recommended by their doctor. They have worked great for my kids and are the perfect addition to their vitamin regime. I then decided that I would get the adult dose for myself . They taste great and dissolve very quickly. No complications related to taking like o their iron supplements ( upset stomach or constipation). I have them as a subscription which makes it so easy to ensure I always have them. One bottle last 3 months ! Great value for the money.

No upsetting stomach
My teenage daughter is anemic and even what the doctor prescribed was to upsetting on her stomach that she threw up so bad one night when starting that pill from them even eating with it. She loves this one and doctor says this is good one. Never upsets her stomach, no side effects. She loves the taste. And you can take 2 for the more dose if you need one and don’t get side effects still. So when your daughter is not getting sick with side effects it makes a parent happy also. I highly recommend this especially for teenagers in this situation.

Didn’t make me sick.
I was anemic as a kid and did not take my iron because it made me super sick. So later, as an adult I find that I’m in a bad place because I haven’t been taking my iron. I go to the health food store and try 18 mg of ferrous iron in the late afternoon and end up being up all night with terrible stomach pains. I returned that and got this. With this product I soon built up to 2 each day at the same time and no problems at all. I take them with orange juice just to make sure I get the most absorption and avoid anything with calcium in it for at least three hours. I know I have to keep up with this for awhile to get feeling 100% but that is required no matter what product I use. So glad to of found this! No more chewing reg pills. Chewing standard pills of iron is the worse thing in the world and no syrup hides that taste. These give off absolutely no horrible taste. The taste and no side effects will help me stay on this for the long run.

UPDATE: They’re alright!
UPDATE: I tried these vitamins again and they are not so bad. They do still have a bit of an aftertaste that you have to get used to, but they taste alright and have not given me any more heartburn. They also include Vitamin C, which helps with iron absorption. I think they’re okay if you are vegan and looking for a chewable iron vitamin.I’m usually very much an advocate for any iron vitamin that is vegan, but every time I’ve taken these (with food as recommended) I’ve gotten pretty bad heartburn/stomach upset. On top of that, the pills leave a pretty prominent aftertaste, though initially they taste good.

Easy to take, affordable and easily absorbed!
I started using this iron 3 years ago while pregnant when my Obstetrician told me my iron was low. I was looking for an affordable option and after reading reviews on this one I asked my nutritionist if it looked ok & she said it looked decent & to give it a try. It’s easy to take, one small pill chewable pill that has a pleasant slightly sweet orange flavor. My next bloodwork results showed that my iron level was great and I’ve been taking it since. I believe I felt Jess fatigued after starting it. After initially bringing up my iron level, my nutritionist suggested taking it the every other day and that’s still working out for me. I remember years ago hearing that iron pills can cause constipation but these don’t cause any problems for me, they’ve only helped. I would recommend this & I wish there was a subscribe and save option for this product b/c I’ve ordered it on a regular basis.

Sublingual is the way to go
This is the only iron supplement I seem to be able to absorb. It works by absorbing into your mouth tissue, you don’t sick on it. Bypasses the entire gi system. For whatever reason I just can’t absorb it. This supplement in this form keeps me from needing a transfusion and IV iron .A+, thank goodness for sublingual supplements!Tastes good too, unlike other sublingual iron brands.

not the best tasting Iron mineral but it has the vitamin C with it which is nice to take one pill instead of 2. Also my doctor told me to make sure you take Vitamin C with the iron to help absorb the Iron. She also told me not to eat any dairy products within a few hours before or after this . I guess the iron looses some of it’s potiency. Also I couldn’t find other places to order a chewable or gummy vitamin c/ iron supplement. Maybe over time they can make it a little better tasting and more choices will be available.
