Pleasantly surprised
I didn’t expect this to work so well, but it definitely left me pleased. Can’t speak to the price as I don’t know what goes into making it, but seems it could be a bit cheaper. But still, it’s a good value for someone who is going to make use of it. I can throw it in a coat pocket so very portable. Easy to use. It’s a few inches thick. Battery life seems decent for what it does. Yes it does get both hot and cold on the same surface. There’s a fan on the back that I’m guessing needs to be left open, so I wouldn’t get it if you’re putting it under you in bed or something (unless you can create some space around the fan)

Worthwile purchase.
I would like it to have a bigger internal battery but thai is only a minor issue. It does help with my knee pain for which i m getting physical therapy. Also would like to find direct replacement bands for when the included ones wear out.

Just ice it, this won’t get the job done.
It felt cool, but never cold enough to offer any relief to me. Bought it for pain relief during a long flight, but it doesn’t get cold enough.

Soooooo glad I took a chance and bought this heating pad! We are a heating pad family (it’s a bit expensive to be honest) you have a back ache, tummy ache, craps, bad day, any of it we are offering you a heating pad lol. I have always bought the more expensive Sunbeam ones and they burn out over time. When it came time to replace it I tried this one because it was cheaper and Amazon was running a discount that made it even more affordable so I thought why not. I am sooooo glad I did. This heating pad is so much softer, more comfortable and gets hotter than the ones I had been buying in the past.

I cannot believe what i see
I got this massager and couldn’t believe my eyes . How does this small device works as a heater or a small ice box . You just turn it on then choose cold or hot side . When the temperature climbs up as a heater or falling down freezing i couldn’t believe my eyes so i brought my Klein tool to measure the temperature on both sides . I got like 103 on a hot surface and 53 on a cold surface. How that can happened . Its lower than split unit supply temp which is set at 60 . Im very happy with it and really chilling my skin or heating my bones when the really painful.

Great little portable heating/cooling pad
My girlfriend uses this for her cramps since the other one I got her died. It works really well and the cooling is an added bonus. It heats up and cools down pretty quickly and the battery lasts quite a while. My only complaint would be that the surface area is kind of small but it does make it very portable.

Gets cold really fast. You can use for heat too. Battery life is great and rechargeable.
