Amazing for Endometriosis/Adenomyosis Cramps
This is one of the best heating pads I’ve ever had. I love the range in temp settings, the weight of it is really nice (although I do wish this company had multiple weights to choose from bc I would love to see if a heavier one would be even better), and it’s a very soft fabric. It heats up really quickly and the timer settings are great, especially bc my endometriosis/adenomyosis flare ups last a long time. I was also pleased with the cost and size as it fits across my entire lap. My only complaint is the wire is a little weird. Would prefer the wire to go completely through the remote and add to length than have two cords coming out of one side of the remote.

Worked for a little over a year. Love this heating pad. Today unfortunately I got the f flashing. I tried to unplug for a while. Hoping it would reset itself. As I use it very often. Customer service reached out. Did something I never expected. Ended up giving me a refund for the last heating pad I bought. Even though it was a little over a year. They still refunded me. As I bought another one a few days ago. I was very surprised at the customer service I have received once I left a review. Very happy customer. Hopefully this one lasts longer than a year.

Great weight & customer service
This is a heavy weighted extra large heating pad with long cords. It heats quickly and due to its weight, stays in place well. Auto shut off and variable temperature controls. My original purchase was such a pleasure, I bought one for my granddaughter for her cramping. She loves hers as well. When my original started showing “F” in the temp window, I contacted customer service and after meeting their requirements, they sent me a replacement heating pad. CS was easy to deal with and very helpful. I highly recommend this product.

Good heating pad, lasted 2 years.
Awesome heating pad. I have used it almost every single night for 2 years now. It works great, the timer is great and it’s the perfect weight. I have fibromyalgia and can not sleep without a heating pad because my pain is so bad. This is my second heating pad from this brand too, I still have my first one and use it often while watching tv. I stepped on the remote of my first one and broke the screen but the remote still works, I just don’t know what temp or time it’s on but the pad still heats up and works great so I keep it as a spare. I’ll always purchase this brand.Update 09/2025: this one just broke. Flashes “F” lasted 2 years. My first one I bought 3 years ago still works and the screen on the remote is broken. The quality of the cord could be better. But overall I love this brand and it’s still my favorite brand of heating pad. Wish I could get a discount for my next one since this only lasted 2 years, but the warranty is only for a year.

My favorite heating pad of all time
I suffer from very painful inoperable abdominal adhesions and endometriosis and spend at least 12 hours a day under a heating pad, I’m actually writing this while currently using it. I use lots of different types of heating pads, but this one is by far my absolute favorite of all time.It’s extremely soft and comforting, and the size allows full abdominal coverage.Sometimes I require really high concentrated heat in areas of extreme pain, and this heating pad provides it, allowing the heat to target those areas where I need it most. I sleep with it on my abdomen every single night, it stays in place since it’s weighted, and it stays on all night, which allows me enough comfort to sleep. It also produces amazingly high heat at the max setting.I cannot recommend this heating pad enough, and I’ve even shared it on my social media with the chronic pain community so others know about it. I am currently on my second one after wearing the first one out from extensive usage over a year, and I want to get a couple more to keep in other rooms of my home. They also make a great gift, and are lovely for warming a cold bed on winter nights.If you’re in the market for a quality heating pad, this is The One.

Fixed glitch – helpful customer service!
Edit: As stated in my original review below, I reached out to customer service after experiencing a glitch with the heat & timer buttons. They got back to me in <24 hrs with a fix that worked! (In case it happens to you: hold the heat & timer buttons down when you press the on button!)----I've had this heating pad for about a month. Upon arrival, it worked exactly as advertised and I was very happy with it! I love the weight and the fabric is very soft and comfortable. I would personally prefer something hotter, but perhaps that would be unsafe. I've been using it nonstop around my neck/shoulders or on my lap while I'm working (it's been cold!). The weight and warmth are really relaxing and comforting.Unfortunately, I am only giving this heating pad 3 stars at this time because the timer and level buttons stopped working yesterday. While it still heats as previously, it is stuck on level 9 (the hottest setting) and the timer is stuck on 60 min. Because I was only using it on that hottest setting anyway, this is more of an inconvenience than anything else - but it is disappointing that the malfunction happened within a month of receiving the product.I have messaged the seller, so hopefully I will be able to come back and update this with good news!
