Excellent quality, weighted blanket! Soft and comforting.
This weighted throw blanket is excellent quality and extremely soft and cozy! It’s a true weighted blanket, weighing in at 15 lbs. I’ve tried other weighted blankets in the past and while they were ok, I never knew that you should choose a weighted blanket based on body weight. You should find one that is 7 to 12% of your own body weight, so this 15 lb blankets is recommended for people from 120 to 170 lbs. It truly makes a difference! While it’s still too hot to sleep under a thick blanket, I did lay under it for about an hour while watching tv and it truly has a calming effect. I can’t wait until winter to put this to use! It washed well on gentle cycle/cold water and the care instructions state not to tumble dry the blanket. But I did put it in the dryer on air dry/no heat for only a mins to fluff and get rid of wrinkles and then I hung it to dry and it did ok. I read afterwards that the weight of this blanket comes from little glass beads, so I probably won’t be putting it in the dryer again, to avoid damaging those beads.Also, the size is perfect! For reference, my picture shows it spread out on a queen size bed, so I think it could even work for 2 people. For sure, it could fully cover 2 kids. But it’s still small & easy enough to move from bed to couch etc. if you or your kids have anxiety or restlessness while resting, I highly recommend this blanket!

Heavy, soft, cozy.
This is exactly what it says it is. A weighted blanket. Pretty heavy. It’s Sherpa on one side, and fuzzy on the other. As you can see in the photos. It says it’s queen size which it probably is. I got it more so I could wrap up in it on my couch. It’s very soft. It’s also very heavy comparatively. It will probably keep me feeling cozy during the cold months of the winter. After I took it out of the packaging it left a little bit of fluff on my shirt, but I didn’t notice a whole lot. I would say it’s appropriate for how much blanket there is. It didn’t come with any care instructions, so I’m not sure if it’s allowed to go in the washing machine. I would be a little nervous to throw it in with how heavy it already is. I can only imagine how heavy it is when there’s water in it.I like the color, I like the softness, the texture is great, it’s heavy just as advertised. I can’t find anything wrong with this blanket other than a tiny bit of fluff coming off. Got to give it 5 out of 5 stars. Cool blanket. The price they are asking is up there, but it’s appropriate for a weighted blanket. Feels like it’s sturdy and should last a long time.

Beautiful and great quality
This is replacing another weighted blanket that I got as a gift years ago and the quality is much better. I was never able to sleep during the day for my entire life because my mind would race with all of things that I could be doing instead. That changed when weighted blankets came out. And, if I can’t sleep at night, I grab the weighted blanket and fall right back asleep. I, obviously, don’t remember being swaddled as a baby, but totally understand now why it works. The ribbed design on the one side is beautiful. The stitching is even. The blanket is thick so you can’t feel the beads unless you really try. The blanket is the same size as my queen mattress, but just the top. There’s no hang over on the sides of the mattress. I’m a 125 lb female and the 15 lb blanket is perfect. The care tag shows that it can go in the washing machine and then air dried, but DON’T PUT THIS IN YOUR HOME WASHER. This blanket is too heavy, especially when wet, for any washing machine that isn’t a commercial grade washing machine. You will damage your home washing machine over time.

Weight blanket good for most adult females – does not cover multiple people in queen bed.
This weighted blanket is made well, we firm stitching all around. I like the two different sides. The weight is about right for a 100 to 125lb female if you are after a full weighted blanket. For a comfort blanket, this worked well for my weight of 195 as an adult male. My biggest complaint is the size. The measurement is exact, so accurate to the listing, but it does not drape over a queen bed at all, making it suitable for only one bed occupant. This might not be a negative if only one occupant wants the weight, but for a shared blanket, it does not cover both people.

Perfect
This is the first weighted blanket I have got for myself. .My 6 year old has one that he absolutely loves but its small. This one is 15 pounds which i guess is considered light for an adult, but for me its perfect. It provides the desired calming effect without feeling like I have on a straight jacket. I love that it is the size of my queen mattress so if I roll i dont have to readjust the blanket. Also because its only 15 pounds i can still fold it over to double the weight if I want for a bit. I love the super soft fur on both sides and the cream color is beautiful too.So far, the only negative is that my dog likes it too and I cant get him to share sometimes.

My girlfriend loves it and bundles up like a burrito on the couch!
I got the 15lbs one for my girlfriend to use when lounging on the couch.After a wash, I hung it up to air dry and by the next morning it was completely dry.Upon first use, she loved how soft it is and mentioned how the quality is great.Only comment she made was that she wished it was heavier. The chart on the product page suggests to get the 15lbs blanket for 120-170lbs person. My girlfriend is like 90lbs max, so I thought the 15lbs blanket would be plenty heavy.The 20lbs blanket is recommended for 170-220lbs, so I was thinking no way, that’s too heavy. I was wrong!Next time I’ll get a heavier one for her, but for now she is pleased and has just folded it in half to get more weight in areas she wants.
