Great for sleep maintenance
Worked great for 2 nights so far. Perimenopause makes it difficult to sleep more than 4-5 hours but with the extended release melatonin, I’m sleeping 7-8 hours again and feel much more functional throughout the day and can now go work out at the gym like before. Going to see if it keeps on working long term.

No sleep, and headaches… No returns allowed
This is a fantastic brand, and I use the NAC regularly. However, I did not sleep at all, even had disrupted sleep, this triggered headaches. I would normally not leave a review because everyone responds to products differently, but there’s no eligibility to even return or exchange, and I couldn’t even get through to Customerservice through the prompts on Amazon. Due to the inability to not be able to return a product from a really great labeled it shirley supports its products, I’m leaving a one store.
