Good basic temperature controller
I ordered this to use in my greenhouse this fall / winter. This will work great for seed sowing and was really easy to set up. This doesn’t come with a lot of bells and whistles, which is fine for my use. Some people may want to connect remotely via wifi and this doesn’t offer that feature, but for the price, I didn’t expect anything like that. I do like that this is easy to use and I believe the temps are pretty accurate. Also since I’m using it outdoors (though protected somewhat in the greenhouse) I’m definitely using a surge protector for peace of mine. All in all, would recommend.

It works, does the job it’s expected to do, and the price is perfectly affordable. I won’t be able to get a real solid read on this until fall rolls around – it’s too warm to worry with keeping anything heated as yet, but I was able to give it a test run enough to see it works and I won’t be disappointed later this year when I break it out. My plan is to use this in a pond in my greenhouse/’growport’ along with the immersion heater I got along with it – albeit different orders. This has the feel of a solid unit, and programming the settings is a snap. For 25 buck$, this one is a go; how long it lasts, only time will tell.
