Good Magnesium product
This is a good quality magnesium glycinate. It isn’t loaded with fillers and of course glycinate is the more absorbable magnesium. I take one at breakfast, lunch, and before bed. Very important supplement. Not medical advice.

I can honestly say this supplement has saved my life. I love it. I have more energy, sleep better, poop better and over all feel a sense of well being. Thank God I found this. When I first started taking this I felt lethargic but I kept taking it and after a while it went away and feel really good.
