Like an instant hot pack, very soft.
This got super warm, I was going to try the instant hot packs when I have my baby to keep my breast warm for producing colstrum but I just got this and charged it. It’s actually super warm on the highest setting. The vibration definitely works and the heat works with it still being safe. Breast are small to medium unsure if it would be hot enough for large breast but for the average size it got plenty warm with out being a danger. I feel confident in taking this to the hospital with me and using to help with breast feeding. Alsocmot insanity expensive, I’ve already bought every gaget to prepare for baby and wasn’t looking to spend to much on this kind of gaget I’m pleased with it soon as I found it worked and heated well I wanted to leave a review. when it shuts off it still stays and retains warmth. I assume it turns off for safety reasons and to conserve battery. It’s probably not good of it stayed on and you fell asleep or something. Not looking to boil my tatas.

Its a great product but….
Its a good product, but i just hate that it only stays on for about 4-5 mins before cutting off. I be trying to go to sleep using it, but by the time I’m getting comfortable in bed it cuts off. Im currently post opp from a breast reduction surgery.

Decent product, no real complaints
These pads seem to be good value for the money. They were bought to aid my girlfriend she enjoyed them. She liked keeping them cold. They seem to work well and the size was just right for her. The design seems solid too as the cuts make it where they can “shape” around her bosom and flexed just right but are not as flexible right out of the freezer. The material held up fine and the outer part feels good against the skin (soft) but lets the cold come through. They seem durable like they’ll be around a long time. They were used for several weeks and no damage has happened. They stayed cold for a good 15 minutes before needing to go back in the freezer. They would work well on shoulders, knees, bums, or any other area that needs a flexible ice pack.

Great tool for new moms to have in their breastfeeding toolbox!
These have only been tried as cooling pads, but work great. The way the seams are, it allows them to conform better to the shape of the breast. It also allows for them to be in the freezer and not have to be flat to maintain the shape. The therapy pads have been great to have in the first weeks of breastfeeding for sure!

Can be used for cold/hot compresses!
I am loving my Dr. Talbot’s Mom Hot and Cold Breast Therapy Pads Reusable Gel Packs with Covers (2 Pack) Set! The packs are versatile and can be used hot or cold, and they are reusable, which makes the set a great value. They are durable, and freeze up within 1-2 hours, staying cool/warm for up to 30 minutes, depending on the temperature of the environment. They can be used as tools for a hot or cold compress. This great set comes with with lovely soft pink covers that are easy to throw into the wash to keep them clean. The gel pads are a good size that can cover a large area, offering relief. This set can make a great addition to a baby registry, baby shower, baby welcome, or post-partum kit! Overall, I highly recommend this set!

A lifesaver
These gel pads were a true lifesaver for me during the early days of breastfeeding. The soft fabric covers are comfortable against the skin and prevent any direct cold or heat contact. I used the cold therapy most often for engorgement relief, and it really helped reduce the swelling and discomfort. The hot therapy was wonderful for encouraging milk flow before pumping sessions. They are flexible and stay in place well inside a nursing bra without being too bulky. Being reusable is a huge plus, and they have held up well through many cycles of use. They provided a level of comfort that was hard to find elsewhere. I would highly recommend them to any new breastfeeding mother.
