Not Wearing Properly → Always wear the band behind your head, and do not insert into ears. No Sound or Connection → Ensure Bluetooth is enabled and “BoneHearing S1” is selected. Battery Not Charging → Use a DC 5V Adapter only. Green LED will flash during charging. Reset Needed? → Press & hold MFB for 10 seconds while powered off → LED turns white/red → Device resets.
