Improves sleep quality
Arrived this week. So far so good! Love this! Bought one for myself and one for my kids. I have insomnia and once I am asleep it’s difficult for me to stay asleep. When I wake up during the night, I am able to fall asleep quicker. My kids got used to screen time before bed. This device helped to put an end to that bad habit. My kids don’t wake up as often, and they’re asleep for longer. I actually have to wake them up! It’s easier to put them to bed now. There are only 2 sound modes but that doesn’t bother me. I have the ocean waves for my kids and I like the static sound. I like the option of the lights, and plus that it’s a purifier. I was waking up to smelling a musty odor… not anymore since having these on all night! Totally recommend. Don’t forget to get replacement filters.

Good concept, it’s ok…
So definitely some pros and cons. I am late in getting this item. I originally wanted it with my 1st child, but now that I’m expecting my 2nd I decided to go for it finally. Unfortunately there are more cons than pros.Pros:-3 in 1 is GREAT! I actually love the fact that you don’t need 3 different items to do one job. (Again, even though I already had three items purchased from my 1st child)- 3 different speeds of the air purifier- 3 different color night lights to chose from- nice modern design- timer (if you want it) for 2, 4 and 8 hoursCons:-sometimes setting the timer is a little difficult. It’s either too sensitive or not sensitive enough-the night light is actually pretty bright. It would be better if there was an option to dim the light for smaller rooms- the air purifier is kinda loud. The lowest level is about as loud as the lowest level of the sound machine- the sound/white noise is probably my biggest issue. It only has two sounds. One is literally white noise (static) and the other is supposed to be “waves”. But to be honest I really had to pay attention to even differentiate the two. Compared to my 1st child’s sound machine waves, the waves on the Frida are awful. They don’t sound like waves at all. The other issue is that even lowering it at the lowest level, it’s still pretty loud. I don’t have a big house but I can literally hear it in my bedroom.Overall, I thought I was going to return it because my daughter didn’t care for it the first time I used it. She was waking up every 20 mins. She seems to have gotten use to it now though, so we’re keeping it. I think, it may not have been as bad if I didn’t have anything else to compare it to. Again, I already had a portable sound machine and a air purifier. So having a variety of options was very convenient compared to two. As well as the portable air purifier is much quieter compared to this one. But I guess it still does the job.

Great for a Nursery!
Our son is 1 year old now and this has worked great. We only use the sound machine part at night now (not for naps). I like how the volume is easily changed. We still use the light on it and the purifier part. We have it attached to the wall by Velcro and it’s perfect! It’s easy to use and the light level is perfect.
