Could be amazing, but it’s not
The product does work good, but it is very limited on where you can use it. My personal belief it Would have been so much easier just to make it a half inch longer where it would fit Any standard door frame with outside trim. Instead, it only fits around a 4 inch wall, which in most cases people do not have one. The only one I have is where my fridge is so there is not anywhere to attach it. It did work when I attached it to my actual door. This is not a good choice because it is hard to hold the door in place. I have mine held in place with 2, 35 pound weights on either side of the door while open. this really rattles the door and makes a lot of noise. Great product if it was designed just a little bit better.

Great holder, but it has one major flaw
This holder works perfectly at a fraction of the price of many competitors on Amazon. But…there’s one major issue…The clamp that you attach to a door frame, wall, or anything sturdy is fine…it has a large plastic bolt that you can loosen and tighten by hand easily to move it up and down as desired. But the clamps that actually hold the gun in place…you can only tighten them with the included allen wrench and standard wrench. So you have to keep them handy, otherwise, you can’t remove the gun from the holder. So…if I want to use the gun on my back in hard to reach places…great. But then if I want to massage my calves, I have to get the tools out. Why couldn’t there have been some screws/bolts used that could be tightened by hand? That’s a MAJOR design flaw IMHO.

STRONG HOLD
Once you have everything attached and clamped down tight, it won’t vibrate loose.The rubber surfaces perform as they were designed to do.I shopped around on Amazon a lot before I made this purchase, and this one was definitely the best value.I use it 2-3 times a day.

Decent for low use.
The bracket is well made but the plastic flexes before it can be tightened enough to use the gun for more than a couple minutes. The vibration shakes the bracket loose. I place a wood clamp on once the bracket was hand tightened. Later (using it mounted to a vertical post on commercial exercise machine), I just took duct tape and taped it good from different angles around the post and that DOES NOT shake loose… in other words duct tape works better that the bracket for more than a couple minutes use.

Very Good design and engineering holder
I have some concerns after read some reviews that clamping on the door is easy to dropping off. I had the same problem after trying to hold on the door frame: it can’t hold my full size massage gun firmly.I tried couple different spots for a better hold, and the adjustable height desk works perfect. It is a game change now I could enjoy freely the telex of the massage gun. See as the picture:1) the electric adjustable height desk makes so easy to change massage spots.2)The desk size mouse pad improve significantly anti-flip capability and hold the clamper and massage gun firmly. ( if clamp the hold directly on top of the desk without mouse pad, the clamper is still easy to move because of the desk curve)Conclusion:1)This is a very Good design and engineering holder.2)I give 4 star because the current design is some picky to use well: you either have a perfect rectangle horizontal surface, or a desk with a anti-flip pad as I tried now. A vertical surface or a horizontal surface with a curve-line may not clamping firmly.3) a bigger clamper with a anti-flip pad in standing of current pad maybe help improving.

The distress that had plagued me for two years was finally solved properly.

I found the best location for this is the towel heater rack in the bathroom. The grip and gaps are perfect for the towel warming rack. Unfortunately you have to use it in the bathroom. But to have a percussion massager on the back and shoulder blades is worth it.
