No upset stomach
The taste isn’t great but it’s also not the worst… it has a sweet flavor. I need iron and a lot of iron supplements upset my stomach, or cause constipation – I haven’t noticed that with this. It is easy to take compared to pills, the amount of iron is good as a supplements and no upset stomach.

Doesn’t taste great, but noticed an improvement in energy
I won’t lie, doesn’t taste great. But most things that are really good for you don’t taste like candy. That said, I feel like this zinc and magnesium supplement has helped my recovery. I feel less sore after workouts and sleep better. The vitamin B6 formula doesn’t bother my stomach like frequently experienced with other supplements. I’m still trying to get myself to remember to use twice per day, but so far I honestly believe It’s boosted my energy for morning runs & overall. If you’re active and need recovery support, this is worth trying.

This HealthA2Z Liquid Vitamin B-Complex with Iron comes in a double safety sealed 16oz plastic bottle. The liquid is a dark brown color. It contains 1% Ethyl Alcohol, which is noticeable when sampling. It has an overwhelmingly medicine taste which doesn’t agree to my taste preference. Aside from the medicine taste it reminds me going down of the way chloraseptic throat spray feels in your throat and the back of your tongue.So, I’ve established why I don’t care for this product, but I’m extremely impressed with this company.So many times I review health and wellness products on Amazon and have to dig deep into the abyss of the internet to find out about the companies offering their products. Not so with Allegiant Health. A simple Google search of the company name results in a corporate website that answers any question I may have. For instance, they have a customer information page for people like us that want detailed information on who’s making these products. Fifteen pages of information from who the corporate leaders are, to their vision as a company, to quality assurance and testing practice, and much more. Check their website out and you’ll agree.So I give this B complex with iron product 3 stars for agreeability, but give Allegiant Health 5 stars for corporate openness. If you don’t mind the taste then this is the company to do business with.

I love it since it’s a liquid that I can add to my drinks
I always want to try to get my vitamins and supplements in the easiest way possible. This product makes it easy to get my vitamins and I add it to my water. The taste isn’t overpowering and you do get used to it. It was a little bitter when I took it on its own out of a spoon but if you mix it with other liquid you don’t even notice it. This liquid is a great way to get B vitamins without any effort

Synthetic b12 and propylene glycol
Well, I feel so silly. I was enjoying taking this supplement mainly to try to get some more iron. It was doable, I like liquid and not a terrible taste, didn’t even really need to mix it in with anything. Then one day I noticed on the bottle the ingredients list and what caught my attention was propylene glycol… Like why is that in my vitamin mix? So then I got to looking more into it and realized that the B12 is a synthetic form and I lost confidence that this was a good quality supplement. So if you are concerned about those things like me then I would not recommend but if not, it’s easy to take and like I said the taste is fine.

Not the best taste, but worth it!
I’ve been taking this orange-flavored B complex liquid daily for a few weeks, and the difference in my energy levels is undeniable.
