I’ve been taking Cortisol Manager for a few weeks and noticed a real difference. It helps me feel calmer during the day and I sleep more soundly at night without grogginess in the morning. Find this helps with calming, sleep and fluid retention
Improved sleep quality and decreased fluid retention. I tried these for 30 days and then ordered another brand to compare. Within a few days I noticed more fluid in my joints and face and trouble relaxing. I switched back and now have a monthly subscription.

Find you sweet spot
Rocky start with this. The first couple of nights, I took two tablets before bed. It did not go well. I was wide awake with high heart rate. I really wanted this to work so I didn’t give up. I’ve been taking 1 tablet every evening after my last meal of the day. This was the sweet spot for me. Even my daughter noticed how relaxed I am. So far, I haven’t been able to sleep through the night, but I’m able to fall back asleep quicker than before. Hope this helps someone.

Diarrhea, insomnia, racing heart
I have to share in hopes of others saving their money! I took this a for a few years every night as recommended by my naturopathic dr and found it worked great! So well that I recommended it to my sister who also ended up taking it for years! I stopped taking it a year or so ago because I was trying to save money and ended up forgetting about it until recently. I ordered more and started taking one a night and realized I was having diarhea and cramping the next day. I did not put two and two together immediately and then decided to try two one night. Big mistake, I felt extremely anxious (although tired) fast heart rate, and did not sleep the majority of the night! the next day upset stomach again but went back down to one pill. I noticed that even one bothers my stomach terribly to the point I will no longer take it at all! I offered it to my sister thinking it was just me and after a few nights using she said it gave her terrible anxiety and made her jittery. I would guess something has changed in the formula and I will not be purchasing this again!!

Really wanted to love it….
Edit: April 7, 2025The seller contacted me and offered me a refund due to my experience. They did not ask me to change my rating, they just wanted me to be happy. I chose this brand because they are quality and trusted. This further underlines that, and they’ve gained a customer for life (but for a different product)! I added a star based on this. Again, they did not ask me to change my rating.Wanted to love it… but I had to stop after about 10 days. This supplement seemed like the perfect blend. It did make me sleepy, but weirdly, I slept TERRIBLY. I was sleepy but also wired? After about 5 days I noticed some spotting which was weird. I take progesterone at night for sleep and to help with perimenopause symptoms. I haven’t ever had spotting before- and then after 2-3 days of spotting, it stopped. The thing that make me stop taking the medication was (after 9 ish days of awful sleep and increased anxiety), on day 10, I also had restless legs. It was awful! I’ve never had restless legs before- but as soon as it began, I knew what it was. It was the most unsettling, tingling, strange feeling in my legs. I got up several times, walked, massaged my legs, applied magnesium, rubbed them some more, and finally it eased enough to sleep. I have no idea which ingredient or combo of ingredients affected me… but the rest of the bottle will remain untouched. I was really hoping this would better my sleep and stress, but it definitely did the opposite. Just my experience- yours may not be the same- however, I’d love if anyone experienced the same!

Brought me back to life!
I had to order two to make sure I didn’t run out again. After being on them for so long and then running out I knew I needed more within the next day. These make me feel so much better and I’m full of energy. I feel like I get so much done in a day and I sleep so much better at night. Easy to take, they don’t taste bad thankfully!
