Maintains heat longer than any other item
This is a quality product. Much better than other things for pain. So easy to use and maintains the temperature much longer. Product last much longer than any other heating methods.

NO RED CLAY and EASY RUPTURE
Bought the product for use as hot pack. It worked pretty okay but would puff up when heated, as if there was air inside. Heated it up today and heard a pop and saw that there was a hole and there’s a clear gel coming out. Not red clay as advertised. Very disappointed and surprised that the pack popped even when I followed directions for heating.

Not clay
The pack raptured while being heated up in the microwave. I used it less than 10 times. Poor quality.The pack was covered with clear gel beads. I thought this was clay heat pack.False advertisement.

High quality product
Received today. Even though the product shipped out from S. Korea, it arrived quite early than I expected. I just put this pack on to my neck after 4 min microwaving per insturction. It feels really great. Original purpose is to use on the lower balley area. I am so glad I got the high quality product. Recommend this product

No redclay
This product does not contain redclay. Mine tore a hole and clear gel came out, not red clay. Do not buy unless you are okay with just having a gel heating pad. If you want genuine koream red clay pad, get the one where its clear on one side of the pad so you can actually see the red clay inside.
