Nice flavor and easy to use
This supplement definitely helped with sleep. It combines excellent supplements and has a pleasing taste making it easy to take. It is liquid so you do not have to worry about swallowing a pill, a few droppers and all is complete! In addition, the liquid form should help absorption. All in all, I will be repurchasing this item.

I bought this because I take magnesium glycinate, ashwagandha, and l-Theanine vitamin capsules every night (along with a ton of others) for anxiety, depression, and sleep, so when I found a liquid version that had a handful of my vitamins all in one drop I had to purchase it. So far I’ve noticed it to be equally as effective as my normal doses of pill vitamins that it has replaced. It’s way easier, faster, and cheaper, to take than the pills. It tastes completely fine to me, not bad at all actually. So far I’m really happy with it, no bad side effects. I’ll change my review if anything changes in the future.

This helps me sleep through the night. No hungover feeling in the morning. The taste could be improved, not my favorite. Not a long lasting taste, it fades quickly. I’m only taking 1ml at bedtime and I sleep about 8 hours.

I chose this product to support relaxation before bed and improve my sleep. The mild, earthy flavor makes it easier to take than similar options I’ve tried. On the plus side, I haven’t encountered any side effects and plan to continue using the product through to the last drop. I hate taking so many vitamins and supplements. Liquid was a lot easier. Didn’t taste great but wasn’t terrible. They tried to put a strawberry taste to it. I’ve only took it one time so I’ll update after a couple weeks.
