Magnesium supplements go right through you (Milk of Magnesia anyone?)!
DID MY HOMEWORK After suffering from an extended period of nerve/muscle pain radiating from the neck to the fingertips and undergoing chiropractic and physical therapy intervention, I finally decided to take matters into my own (aching) hand and do some research. Hours later (literally – hours and hours reading . . . ) I decided I might have a magnesium deficiency. I had many of the symptoms. The kicker is I had been taking magnesium every day, but didn’t realize it had such limited absorption in the gut. Low and behold – transdermal. Ordered it overnight – I was in agony. Began using the next day and saw immediate results. Muscle spasms decreased over the next few days then disappeared. Slept better too. It gave me my functional life back! I was so amazed I shared it with hubby who has chronic arthritis knee-pain and limps all the time. Next day – seriously NEXT DAY – he walks into the kitchen without his usual hobble. We both use it daily now and have even purchased a bottle for the elderly woman across the street who has terrible hand arthritis. We are so pleased with this product and will continue to order regularly.The particulars:* smells like vanilla – my dog tries to lick it off!* I have to disagree with a few posters: it does feel stick for a while after using but I so don’t CARE! This REALLY works. I was told about Life Flo by a friend of my daughter’s. My thighs would burn every time I walked due to a condition I had. With only 1 application of Life Flo lotion, the pain never happened!!

Somewhat helpful for restless legs
Got this (unscented version) for restless legs during pregnancy. It definitely helps and has a very mild pleasant feeling on the skin, but doesn’t solve restless legs completely. Also helps some with achey hips. The lotion is on the thicker side and it’s hard to fully rub it in (it stays white and you can still see all the directions you’ve rubbed it on your skin). I don’t mind that personally, I’m not trying to win a beauty pageant just get more than 3 hours of sleep. I find it particularly helpful to cover my feet in it then put on socks. Anyway, I recommend it but it’s definitely not a complete solution to restless legs.

Effective lotion with quality ingredients
I really enjoy using this lotion. I was taking a magnesium supplement but wanting to get away from ingesting so many vitamins, especially since I’m always concerned with where vitamins and their fillers are sourced and manufactured. So many of the raw ingredients come from China, which is a concern with lack of regulation within China.This worked so well, better than the supplements! Great ingredients, fragrance free, no seed oils or common nut oil like almond oil. I rub it on my legs and abdomen every night and every morning I’m nice and regular lol. Highly recommend this quality product with high quality ingredients.

Asked for unscented, I got shipped vanilla. Didn’t want to return and wait for another my RLS is pretty bad. I like the smell but notice it doesn’t absorb and relieve like the unscented
