Wonderful product
I have to admit. I was skeptical. However, we’ve been using magnesium glycinate liquid drops for a few weeks now, and the difference is amazing! My child sleeps more soundly and seems more relaxed (and I have been using half the recommended dosage). I love that it’s gentle on the tummy and tastes mild enough to take straight. Of course you can mix into juice or water. Highly recommend for any parent looking for a calm, effective supplement!

Tastes good and does the trick
I give this to my daughter 1 hr before bedtime she’s 8, so she has x2 pipettes. My main reason for getting this is just to try and settle her down now that she is back in school, so she goes to bed ready to sleep and to prevent all of the ups and downs that come with bedtime.I’m a nurse so I’m very much into having a good look through available evidence and contraindications when implementing a new supplement, I’ll be honest there isn’t a lot out there that supports mg before bedtime, however I like the fact she’s getting a bit of mg and some omegas before bedtime so I thought what’s the harm.She said it tastes great, teeth brushed, in bed x1 bedtime story aaaand she’s asleep!I thought it may have just been a coincidence- back at school + busy day= tired child. The same thing happened the next night, I had to double check the ingredients to make sure I hadn’t been slipping her some melatonin- but nope!!So mummy tried it, does make you feel quite chilled and calm ready for bed!There doesn’t seem to be any hangover the next day, no tummy problems or excessive thirst which usually coincides with other nighttime meds!I don’t know the why’s but this works!

Made a huge difference for my son
My son is autistic, and sleep has always been a challenge for him. We’ve tried several magnesium supplements in the past—some for months at a time—but they didn’t seem to make a difference.This one worked almost immediately. He actually likes the taste, which is rare for him, and he’ll take it straight from the dropper without me needing to mix it into juice. That’s a huge win for us.The small glass bottle with dropper is convenient and easy to use. I also like that it doesn’t need refrigeration, so we can take it with us if needed.Most importantly, it has really helped him fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly, which has been life-changing for our whole family.Highly recommend this if you’re looking for a gentle, effective magnesium supplement.

Awesome product!
This stuff works great. I’ve only given it to my daughter. One time, but it worked exactly as described. It mellowed her out before bed and she was able to fall asleep with 0 issues. Also waking up in the morning was a non. Issue as well and for anybody that has kids, that is the definite plus. Would definitely recommend this product.

It’s great
Ya’ll let me tell you. This was a life saver. My almost 2 year old boy fights going to sleep tooth and nail. Will stay up for hours even past his bedtime and I’ve tried EVERYTHING. I have tried the magnesium lotion or epsom salt baths which did nothing. The reason why I like this is because it is vitamin based. I’m not willing to try melatonin because of the mixed information about it, but this being magnesium which helps developmentally along with other vitamins was a win for me. I only give him half a dose since he isn’t quite at the recommended age for the dosage given he’s just a few months away and it works. Like a half hour before his bedtime and it helps calm him down enough to actually cuddle up, get comfortable and drift off to sleep. He wakes up refreshed and ready to take on the day… highly recommend

Great, but one downfall
This works better than expected. My 7yr old has ADHD and getting him to turn that little brain off and relax to go to sleep is challenging. My only gripe is since starting these drops he has started to wet the bed. I stopped for a few days to see if it was truly the drops and sure enough he stayed dry on the nights I didn’t give it to him. It puts him in such a deep sleep, he isn’t waking up to go to the bathroom.Otherwise, it seems to be a great product but I don’t know if it’s worth having to wash sheets every day.

Where’s the 6 star rating? Can I give this a 6 out of 5?
I would like to start by saying I don’t think I have ever made an Amazon review before but this product is worth the time.This ended our daily violent meltdowns for my ADHD son INSTANTLY. My husband thought it was just a coincidence until he forgot to give it to our son one morning. Unfortunately I got a call two minutes into an evening meeting we were having from my mom panicking because my son was in a violent fit of rage. I’m very confident my husband will never forget again. We give .5ml in the morning and .75ml before bed. I’ve heard a neurologist say ADHD brains need twice the recommended amount because they are deficient in it. DO YOUR OWN RESERACH FIRST ON THAT RECCOMDATION! Twice the dose makes me nervous but we give 1.25x the recommended dose and I can’t recommend a product more. My son still has plenty of other struggles but that was my most concerning one. Miracle product! Could absolutely not recommend a product more. We see it as slowing his brain just enough for him to be able to process and for his body to catch up.
