Good taste, not too sweet.
They taste fine definetly a more natural taste and not to sweet either. Within the hour of taking only 1 , I feel more relaxed . I haven’t tried taking 2 at once , as this is the recommended dose for the full effect.

Awesome Taste! Much needed
These tasted amazing, and it’s much needed… I’m a menopausal women who can’t take hormone therapy… and it effects your sleep, your moods, your sex drive… you name it… And adding magnesium helps with deeper more restful sleep, lowers BP and helps prevent sudden cardiac arrest which has nearly doubled in last few years for women… I also appreciate how calm and rational it helps me to maintain… I didn’t like the “me” that was short and snotty with my responses to family at end of day. These taste so good… I have since switched to capsules because of sugar content but truly enjoyed this supplement and loved they were individually wrapped. I’ve used gummies in other supplements and they will stick together… So bravo and hit “Buy Now” and start feeling better within days…

The are great and taste good. Easy to take . They are helpful. Better to take at night. Not sure of other commenters stating getting shorted amounts. Every bag I opened had 31 . They are on the expensive side. One package covers only 15 days, so I feel it gets too pricey . I now take an alternative but did like these alot.

I take two of these about an hour before bed, along with my calcium chews. They taste “real” – not like that artificial grape flavor in some supplements or medicine. Since I like them, I remember to take them.
