Customers say
Customers find the shoulder brace to be of good quality and effective for pain relief, particularly during injury recovery. The heat retention and compression features receive positive feedback, with the cold pack lasting up to an hour and the compression mechanism working excellently. While some customers find it easy to assemble, others consider it difficult to put on, and opinions about the fit are mixed, with some saying it wraps perfectly while others find it too big. Customers consider the product worth its price.

MUST BUY: Look no further on Amazon
PLEASE READ: This is hands-down one of, if not the BEST shoulder brace you could buy on the market to date.I bought this brace after scouring the Internet researching which to buy. This happened after a bodybuilding injury that involved a dislocation of my shoulder. This is not just a glorified ice pack. It can be used extremely well while working out just be aware that you will get hot and need to adjust the brace accordingly. While working out, I recommended a moderate amount of air compression and no ice pack, just the brace. The magic of this device truly lies within its air compression ability. You can pump it up to quite high pressures while maintaining comfort. The air pump mechanism separates itself from other products on the market because it allows for a somewhat “perfect” fit and conformity to your shoulder since it doesn’t solely rely on straps to brace your shoulder.BONUS: I have suffered from severe bicep/tricep tendinitis as well as a pinched ulnar nerve in my right elbow. With a little ingenuity, I was able to use this brace effectively on my elbows and knees albeit somewhat bulky and a very limited range of motion. Obviously this shoulder brace wasn’t designed to ice and compress other joints but the relief I felt on my elbow after workouts speaks for itself in volumes.A few cons: your opposite, non-braced shoulder can become slightly chaffed under your arm while wearing tank tops but that is to be expected. Also it is quite bulky and you truly need to “commit” to putting this on and wearing it for your own good and recovery. It is very possible to walk around and wear it in public but there is no hiding the size of this brace.Ultimately the best brace money can buy. These things used to go for well over $100 and they are ahead of its time in terms of delivering a product that beats all others in function, affordability, and long-lasting reliability.I would highly recommend this brace to anyone looking to heal and fix their shoulder either from a minor to severe injury, or to speed your recovery from a surgery. 5 STARS.

great ice pack
I purchased this when I scheduled rotator cuff surgery. I thought I would use it immediately after surgery but ended up using the ice pack alone for as long as my arm was in a sling. That worked great – the ice pack is formed and sized to fit around a shoulder and it stays in place as long as I’m sitting still. Later on – when I was no longer in a sling and had better mobility with my arm – I used the entire system to hold the ice pack on. The pump system works well to press the ice against the shoulder. It’s probably more elaborate than necessary and I find that it really isn’t necessary to flip the switch between on/off. The air stays in until you hold the release and press it out.

So close to perfection but…
This is the exact concept for what I wanted. I use it daily for my full rotator cuff tear and partial bicep tendon tear (eventually I’ll have surgery and may use this after) but two reasons they don’t receive 5 stars:1. The directions are awful. I usually laugh at other reviewers that say something about some product doesn’t work or is difficult but when I buy it I realize they clearly didn’t read the directions. But I ALWAYS do thoroughly. These directions are just awful. Especially if you’re using it on your left shoulder. I nearly gave up and sent back 3 times. Finally I skipped trying to understand the ridiculous sketch drawing and confusing description and just used logic and now it’s easy to put on! They should create a YouTube demonstration and include link.2. There is a cut-out which allows the brace to close in on itself to fit multiple sized people (so I get it) but it also creates a 1.5″ (approx) gap in icing right on the top outside edge of shoulder where I experience pain. I found a tiny heat/ice gel pack that I hope I can slide in between to reduce the gap.I’m not sure what other reviewers were talking about regarding the difficulty of gel insert when Frozen? I find it works very well and I can shift it to fit my shoulder especially as I pump up the compression portion of the brace.I ordered the large and I am 6’1″ 200 pound male that worked out regularly (thus the shoulder injury). I wish more people would list their height weight and dimensions when buying products involving size (clothing, shoes, braces, etc.)!!!!UPDATE: It’s been a few weeks and this is still a savior for my shoulder. It’s reduced the pain in my shoulder from rotator cuff tear by such a large margin that I’m trying lifting (very light) weights… and hopefully more soon. I also found a way for the pump and tube to not be in my way; I wrap it around the velcro and it stays put (see pic).

Best shoulder brace, by far
This brace is absolutely amazing. I have tried and returned several because they offered no support. This brace has excellent support and the pump up part makes it just that much better. Some of the braces I’ve seen say that it’s for heat and cold therapy but they don’t come with the gel pack. This one did and the gel pack completely covers my shoulder, front, back, top, and side. I highly recommend this shoulder brace.

Used the YouTube video to help me get a nice fit. Compression is easy to use, gel pad instructions are for a 1300 microwave but easy enough to figure out for a 800 with online conversions. Seems to hold my shoulder in place so far. Can’t comment on how well it helps as this is my first use of the support. My only criticism is that they need to made a slim version for smaller framed women. I have had to overlap the body strap and I feel a bit like a Picasso painting when I’m wearing it, lol.

I bought this for my husband and it is really helping him. He has constant pain in his shoulder from work and this offers support and the ice/hot pack and “pump it up compression” is a bonus feature. It stabilizes his shoulder well and offers instant pain relief. I am really impressed with the quality of workmanship of this the shoulder support and ice/hot pack, it is well worth the money. I would highly recommend this to anyone having shoulder problems. The fit is good too and will fit people of average stature to bigger people. The strap is long and is comfortable to wear. The only con is the person wearing it needs help putting it on. Very impressed!
