I bought this after a friend of mine suggested it due to the fact that I was having a difficult time relaxing at bedtime. It seems to be working…relaxing me before bedtime and also aiding in jumpy legs at night. I wish the dosage wasn’t 4 capsules and having to take 2-3 about an hour before bedtime and the remaining ones at bedtime but I guess the amount is worth it. The amount you get just goes so fast at this rate.

Horrible smell and taste
I wanted to return this item, but I see it’s not returnable. I would never have bought something that has such a strong, strong odor! I put it near my mouth and I couldn’t take it because it had a taste too. Absolutely horrible.
