I often have trouble sleeping and joint pain so, I thought I’d try these. It’s nice that you only need to take one and have found they do help me get and stay asleep as well as , helping with soreness. You may want to take with a little food, I found the ginger on an empty stomach can be irratating and may actually keep you up with heart burn. Just keep that in mind and these will work fine.

Really works and helped pain
This stuff really works! After 38 years of using various prescription sleeping pills and building up a tolerance to them and trying various OTC supplements I tried this. Put me to sleep and stayed asleep. Called to company to tell them and asked them to never discontinue them. So far have not built up a resistance and it also really helped my pain. Talking about back, neck, headaches and diabetic nerve pain. My doctor is amazed. Try it.
