Zinc is balanced with copper the way it should always be
Now is making a great product with zinc and copper together. This product didn’t have biofilm creating stearate added to it for manufacturing flow, or I wouldn’t have bought it. It’s a good product with decent ingredients. I hope NOW continues making it without stearate or other harmful or unnecessary chemicals, so I will keep buying it.

Seems okay, but I’ve yet to notice anything.
I trust NOW products and have never really been disappointed by them. I did a ton of research on Zinc, as well as took one of those tests in the Dr’s office that showed I was deficient. I just never noticed the benefits that a lot of people do like better mood, better libido, morning wood, so far. I don’t know if I am so deficient I’m just not taking enough, or if I’m actually okay and just pissing my money away. Guess I need to keep consistent with it.I read a lot of people get nauseous when they take Zinc, especially on an empty stomach. I’ve taken two pills at a time on an empty stomach and it hasn’t bothered me at all.

Optizinc is the way to go
This optizinc is the perfect zinc supplement because it’s balanced so you don’t have to worry about causing imbalances by adding additional zinc. I take this to help keep my immunity in check and my skin clear. This particular brand has never upset my stomach which can happen with zinc supplements. Great value for money!

Took these for about 10 days, the 1st few times after taking 1 with breakfast I felt nauseous with a headache, I knew it was these capsules because it would suddenly come on after taking 1.There was a few days in-between I was ok, by the 9th or 10th day I felt like I had flu and had Diarrhea. So I won’t be taking again , it must be something to do with the L-opti version because it’s more easily absorbed it goes in the body too quickly , not sure why I had these adverse reactions.

This gave me symptoms as if I got flue and throat infection. Also cause breathing difficulties while climbing stairs. It also disrupted my sleep. When I stopped using it, all went back to normal. First time I have in issue with a NOW product!!! Stay away.
