Helps me through the depressing winter months.For myself, I find that these are best taken on an empty stomach with a cup of coffee in the morning, and then I won’t eat for an hour afterwards. Then I might take again at around 6 PM, as I typically don’t eat dinner until 8 PM.Good stuff, good quality. Repeat customer.

Ummm slightly embarrassing but here it goes. After 3rd day of taking 1 tab at bedtime my bowels turned into a soft serve ice cream machine that couldn’t be turned off. Crapped myself at least 6 times in 1 day. I’ll use this as needed only in the future, as a laxative!
