I’m not sure if they’re working, but I don’t like that there are sugar crystals on the outside.Taste is good and prove is decent. It just got very hard to take due to the extra sugar crystals.

Short expiration
Received two bottles but they expire in four months. Now we have to rush to finish two bottles in four months. There should be a requirement that a vitamin would not be sent unless there was at east a year of shelf life.

When we read about the lack of zinc in vegetarian diets, I wanted to make sure we got some. We don’t need a lot of vitamins because we eat well. But we don’t (at least I don’t) forget to take my zinc because its like a little treat. Can’t ask for more than that.
