How To Use?

Cold Therapy:

For best results, we recommend freezing them for at least 2 hours or more before using. Each gel pack provides 15-20 minutes of cold therapy relief.

Heat Therapy:

Make sure to cover the packs with a wet towel or put it in water and then heat it in the microwave. Start out by heating for 20-second intervals with intermediate fire until the pack reaches the desired temperature. After removing from the microwave, knead and flex the gel-pack to even out the heat.

Clean and Care:

Wash in warm soapy water after use.

Warning: Not recommended for infants. If the product breaks, please discard it directly. Use by children must be under the supervision of adult. Never put the frozen pack directly on child’s skin. Limit the use time to no more than 20 minutes.
