A natural process for preserving the many wonders of new life, sprouting increases the bioavailability of key nutrients in the whole seed and simplifies their absorption by the body for energy and nourishment! These seeds have been sprouted and dried at low temperatures (65-110°) to maintain enzymes, vitamins and minerals. As such, PURELIVING Sprouted Brown Flax Seeds are considered a raw product.
Suggestions: 1. Raw, whole flax seeds add crunch to salads, cereals, or yogurt. 2. Sprinkle whole flax seeds atop homemade breads, crackers, or cookies. 3. Grind and add to batters for pancakes, breads, muffins, and other baked goods. 4. Stir a few tablespoons of ground flax seed into breadings for fish or chicken. 5.
