Good product
These work as intended. It does take quite some time to actually get them to heat in the microwave and I don’t have a low watt microwave. They do a nice job of staying warm or cold for the time it takes to reach a venue.

Worked Well in Insulated Bag
Purchased these to keep hot dogs warm while preparing and transporting for a birthday party in the park. They worked as I expected and kept hot dogs warm in an insulated bag. I have not tried to freeze them yet to see how they hold up for cold

Love that one item can do both hot and cold
Love that one item can do both hot and cold. During the summer, keep it in the freezer. During cooler weather, keep with casserole dish to heat in microwave when needed. However, it can’t be heated and frozen forever before the plastic covering weakens and it breaks leaking the gel. But they are worth getting. Just keep an extra one around for when that happens so you aren’t left in the lurch. Amazingly, some of the insulated casseroles no longer include this pack. Found that out when I purchased some as Christmas gifts and needed these to go with it. I have several and uses them regularly, which is why they don’t last more than a couple years.

Froze the product and used only once. Corner tore and spilled the gel all over casserole base.Very disappointed due to the price and name.
