Such an amazing mattress!
I couldn’t be happier with this mattress! The 12-inch queen size came perfectly packaged in a box, and setup was super easy—it expanded quickly with no issues. I really love the dual-sided comfort design—one side is medium firm and the other is plush, so I can switch depending on my preference, which feels like getting two mattresses in one. The memory foam provides amazing pressure relief and helps me wake up without any stiffness or aches. It also sleeps nice and cool, which is a huge plus since I tend to get warm at night. The fact that it’s CertiPUR-US certified gives me peace of mind knowing the foams and fabric are safe for my home. Overall, it’s comfortable, supportive, and a fantastic value—I highly recommend it!

Very comfortable mattress.
My old mattress was around 10 years old and overdue to be replaced.So far, this mattress is an excellent replacement.Getting the mattress setup was a bit of a pain. It arrived compressed, but getting it maneuvered onto my bed frame was a bit of a chore. Getting all of the plastic off took a while.The mattress is very deep. I almost need a step stool to get on it with my mattress topper and mattress protector added to it. My fitted sheet just barely fits, but I’m sure it would have fit just fine without my topper added to the mix.This mattress is softer than the mattress it replaced. It’s not quite as firm. It’s a pillow-top style mattress. So you can rotate it, but you can’t flip it.The mattress was a joy to sleep on, offering just the right amount of back support. I slept like a baby.

This mattress came snug as a bug in a box bigger than my patience but small enough to fit in a Honda civic (on an angle) in case you need to deliver is some where else. The mattress itself, expanded quickly, it was easy to unroll from the plastic wrapping. The mattress is firmer than your average mattress in a box, however, still provides softness as well. As someone who values a more firm mattress, I was able to sleep well, pressure points felt more supported which helped with less tossing and turning throughout the night. Overall, I think it’s a good replacement mattress or first mattress at a fair price.

Great quality
We were upgrading a lot of mattress sizes from Full to Queen in both our guest bedroom and our master bedroom so as soon as I saw this when we had to try it out for our guest bedroom. This came very well packed and secured and everything was exactly as described to be. It was very tightly vacuum sealed and once you opened it up you had to give it some time to fully expand for a few days. There was no weird smell and everything was perfectly as described. Very heavy duty very well made and definitely worth every penny. I was very impressed with the quality in the craftsmanship. It’s also very soft and comfortable as well. It matches up perfectly with the measurements so it fit exactly in the space we had for it and works perfect for our guest bedroom. Just be sure you look over everything ahead of time and as long as you do that you’re good to go. Everything matched up perfectly with the ad and it was exactly as I pictured. Great quality very heavy duty and very well made. Definitely a solid 10 out of 10 worth every penny

Not great quality, can feel the springs
I am not overly impressed with the 12 inch queen size mattress. I can feel the springs from the fifth layer more than anything else. It doesn’t distribute weight very well, and I was quickly pulled to the other side when someone else was in the bed. When I rolled to the edge, the edge of the mattress quickly depressed, creating a spring affect that sort of spit me off the mattress.Since I am a hot natured sleeper, I was really looking forward to the cooling feature. I can’t tell that it feels any different from a non-cooling mattress.It is an okay mattress for just one person, but is not the quality I expected.

Arrived sooner than expected with no bad smell.
We are grateful that this queen size mattress arrived sooner than expected. It is, as expected, heavy and a bit hard to manipulate. One of our four-footed package inspectors tried to help get the mattress out of the box and into the guest room. I did expect to experience a negative aroma and am pleased that that has not happened. I spoke with one of our regular visitors tonight to let her know that we had received a new bed for her to use on her next visit. We are looking for to using this new bed.
