Size of capsule
This is a. Great product but the capsules are extra large and I can’t swallow them. I had to buy another brand as d to here was nothing to indicate on the pkg the size of the pill

Questionable size.
I haven’t used them yet. But, I know this is a good brand.Just not sure I will be able to swallow them. They are a bit large.

Gargantuan pill, coated with something that doesn’t help.
It may be helping me with my restless legs, enough to make me keep taking Mg. But yeah, it is enormous. Switching to a qunol capsule.

Doctor recommended that I take magnesium to help with my muscle spasms in my legs when I go to bed. As it relaxes the muscles and can help me sleep. However they do work as far as I can tell but beware they are a very large size tablet and a little bit hard to swallow whole. Not sure if they can be broken in half I do not do that.

Size Didn’t Scare Me
Everyone talks about how large these are.I checked against my Calcium tablets and they are same size. I have a tip: after popping into mouth, quickly take a large mouth full of water to wash it down and you won’t have a problem. I hate swallowing pills, but this works for me.Just received so haven’t started them yet but because I take so many other meds, did a drug check and found if on one particular BP med, it can make pressure go down too much so take two hours between and keep check on pressure.Check your other meds as well.Well, I have to add to this. When I checked size against my calcium, it was the same size. But what I didn’t pay attention to was thickness that turns out to be wider. And the second night, it turned a little and I could feel every bit of it trying to go down. Now I have to agree with everyone, this pill is LARGER than any pill should be. Third night just as hard to get down. Also had stomach ache and torn up tummy middle of the night. Was to help with leg cramps and did not, nor muscle improvement in mornings and sleep was worse, maybe because of pain. Will give another try and cut them in half tonight.They went down last night but tonight a different story. The first half got stuck in side of throat and I was ready to panic. That’s it, I can’t do this. I doubt I can get my money back even though they say money back.

Qunol Magnesium is definitely a positive supplement..
This product is truly helping me in more than one area. My bowels; energy; calming and more. I mentioned all this n more to my husband and he just started this this past weekend. We will both continue using.

hard to swallow
Super hard to swallow. I have to break them in half or thirds, and even then they get stuck in my throat.

Works well but need to be crushed as they are too big to take
These work well, I feel the difference when I take them. However, like mentioned in many reviews, these are without a doubt, the largest pills I have ever seen. I almost choked the first time and I am really good at taking vitamins and larger tablets. I started to crush them and they worked well and crushed easily, but it is a lot of work unfortunately.
