I’ve been using this particular Rainbow Light B Complex for years and can always tell the difference on days I forget. The super high potency of the B vitamins in this one are very effective. I recommend taking 2 instead of 3 tablets on most days because they are so potent.

Great product, awful smell
This is a great B complex. Gentle on the stomach but I can feel the extra boost of energy when I take them. The only thing I don’t like about them is the smell. They have a very strong vitamin smell. You don’t taste it once it’s taken, and it doesn’t keep me from using them but I do hold my breath until it is swallowed.

My favorite B Complex
Writing reviews for your favorite products is a scary thing to do – you don’t want it to sell out! However, I decided to share with a friend and realized the world deserves to know, these B vitamins are well rounded and water soluble. On the larger scale of vitamin size, not coated so one of the more difficult vitamins I take and has a smell to it – I would still recommend this complex to anyone. Worth every penny.
