Worth a try
This did not work for me but has worked well for my husband. He gets fantastic sleep according to the sleep tracking results on his Garmin. He takes it every night and wouldn’t be without it. As per the reviews, it works for some but not for others. Since the company offers a 30 day money back guarantee, I think it is worth trying if other sleep aids have failed.

Did not work and made me sick.
I took my first and last dose last night. It finally made me drowsy about 2 hours after taking it. However, I woke up all through the night feeling weird and ill. My head was spinning, and I was groggy but could not really get into a good sleep mode. I am more than disappointed in this ‘promised’ sleep aid. My left over supply will go in the trash as it has a “No Return” policy.

Relaxium: Trial period might be informative
At times feel like it helps me go to sleep but not always keeping me asleep. Doesn’t work as well with the promos on tv.

Valarian root is terrible stuff
This is supposed to have a “proprietary” ingrediant called “valerest” which is supposed to be a mixture of valarian root and hops. I was skeptical before I ordered this because I have tried valarian root for sleep and I know for a fact it DOES NOT WORK. It may promote sleep but it wears off after a few hours at most and it leaves the user very groggy. This is no different. I would have to say this is worse than valarian by itself. My personal opinion is that it is highly unethical for any doctor to promote and sell suppliments. This guy does both. And this has got to be one of the most expensive suppilments sold anywhere. If you have a real sleep problem, go to a real doctor and get help. This is just a waste of money that may not work at all. I have to think that the positive reviews are based on the placebo effect. Save your money, go to a doctor.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Decided to try this product for the nights I have trouble falling asleep. It didn’t work for me. I tried it 4 times. The last time I took the full dose which is 2 capsules. It made me feel weird, and my heart was pounding. I threw the rest away.

I normally order these from another retailer when my supply starts to run low, but I was pleasantly surprised to find them here on Amazon!It’s so hard to find decent sleep supplements these days, but these have really done the trick for me. I mean, am I cured of all of my sleeping issues? No. I think it would take nothing short of an act of god to get me to sleep on time every night. But does it help? Absolutely.I understand some people seem to be having issues with side effects, but I haven’t had any difficulties with that at all. I’m not sure why that is, but I would definitely check with your pharmacist before taking any new supplements if you’re taking prescription medications because I’m wondering if some sort of bad interaction may be occurring in some folks.This is only a 14 day supply, so it’s a pretty low risk investment if it turns out to not be something you’re into. I would normally pick up the full month’s supply myself, but with this being my first time ordering off of Amazon — I wanted to be sure it was the real thing. Thankfully it is, and my worries were unfounded! I’ll be using Amazon from now on because it’s just more convenient to me.
