Wish I would’ve purchased years ago
I never leave product reviews but for this I had to make an exception. As a working adult I struggled with lower back pain, hamstring tightness, and a variety of other issues for years which were always worsened by running. I tried nearly everything to find relief and came across massage guns but was hesitant to purchase one (especially this one) given a lot of differing online reviews. However, since purchasing this massage gun I have essentially no lower back pain anymore and my running has been painless. No more hobbling due to tight hamstrings/lower back muscles and I couldn’t be happier. I was skeptical of the cost of this massage gun (due to a lot of online articles stating that purchasing anything like this that was less than $200 would be a scam) but that couldn’t be more wrong. This works great and the variety of speeds and massager heads is ideal for essentially any type of soreness/ache/pain one might have. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for something that will loosen muscles up in general and just alleviate day to day tightness from sitting in a chair all day. This product isn’t loud by any means and it’s easy to use while watching TV. I am more than capable of using it to get to my own lower back muscles and the battery life is a non-issue. Like I said before, I wish I had purchased this years ago and I am so thankful for the affordable price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Powerful and a Quality Build
For starters, my goal is to recover from my workouts faster. As I get older it takes longer to recover. At least five days now after a grueling work out. With the Renpho Massage gun I have reduced that to two days.A few weeks earlier I thought that a vibrating roller would serve the same purpose. Considering that you have to be a contortionist, wallow around embarrassingly like someone demented on the floor just isn’t effective and the vibration feels more like two gnats cuddling on your skin. A roller is way to cumbersome and the only parts of your body that you can get to are what you can sit on or lay on and the pressure / weight of your body can’t be effectively controlled.Now enter the Renpho massage gun at it’s now more reasonable price and you have many more areas of your body that you can effectively reach at pressures that make more sense given the area of your body or the degree of soreness. It much more effective to be able to place the head of the gun on a place of your body that you can control the position, impact and pressure of the vibration. The most amazing thing about this is that the drive of the vibration can be slow but powerful. It will not bog down even if you bury the head deep into your hamstring or quad muscles. I purposely got sore deep in my thighs and the massage gun was able to go right down to the tendons near my femur and relive the soreness there. The gun never slowed down and the battery power still had many hours left on it.The first thing I noticed is the quality build of the massage gun is excellent. From the looks of the User Interface to the feel in your hands you can tell that this would probably be a good experience. It’s like when you open and Apple product you know the quality is going to be good.Finally, I brought the massage gun up to my face to see if facial massaging was something that would be feasible. Most “vibrators” are really annoying devices to me; more like annoying irritation than true relaxing massage. I have effectively used this massage gun to do facial skin and neck massage on the lowest settings. Obviously you don’t want to put this on your eyes or the end of your nose, but if you don’t say it, somebody will do it and it will not be fun. I do find this to be an effective tool for doing facial massage.

The case is the first to mention. Never have a purchased a vale product with such a nice case!Ive been using the massage gun twice a day for a few days now. I am entirely satisfied with the results. Ive had a persistent shoulder issue for which ive been seeing a chiropractor for (ive regular-ed chiro care my whole life)Its been slowing getting better after the professional visits but I think this massage gun will be the reason my shoulder ceases to be a problem.I was apprehensive about the results I would see. I purchased a more “normal” massager a couple months ago. It didnt really seem to be doing anything and I could fairly easy push it hard enough that it would stop functioning. So far I have had no issues such with this Renpho Massage Gun.8 hour battery life is no lie.It arrived fully charged and i have not yet charged it. It still indicates the battery is at 100.The soft ball attachment is amazing. The other massager had no softer pieces, just all harder plastic. This soft material is whats really needed to get in there on the super tight problem areas.The one photo I attached shows some grease buildup around the main shaft area. I assume its due to an abundance of grease during manufacture process to ensure adequate lubrication. It hasnt caused any issues with operation, nor has it leaked out at all. It stays put on the machine. Having experience with lots of other “power equipment” I am pleases with that sign of adequate greasing.The couple “complaints”1. If you have really petite hands, it might prove somewhat tricky to hold onto.2. I mainly use the soft ball attachment. The case requires I remove the attachment to properly close the case. A redesign would allow all the attachments to be attached and the case close.Overall, very satisfied. This is my 2nd Renpho product, scale being the first. Another excellent product. Its great to see a company put out good quality value products!

Love this! Easy to use, great variety of different heads to get into all those hard places to give much needed relief. A range of settings controls intensity of the massage. Comes in handy little case to keep everything together.

We have had the massage gun for just over a week now and both my wife and I are more than impressed.It comes packaged in it’s own carry case which had dividers to keep all the pieces stored away for easy access (please see attached photo)The gun is very easy to use and the control panel at the rear is very self explanatory and doesn’t require extensive reading of any device manual, you just need to power it on and then control the level of vibration speed.The biggest advantage is the gun is incredibly easy to use on yourself. The Long handle makes it easy to reach all parts of your back and the devise is really light so your hand doesn’t get tired and sore from holding it.The high levels (60-100%) are great for larger muscles like your quads and hamstrings. One thing I would be careful of is running the gun across any boney areas – as soon as it comes off the muscle area and hits skin on bone it turns into a little jack hammer (especially on high).On performance, the massager is really effective. We have used it the days after our HIT workouts and it has reduced the level of muscle soreness quite significantly. We haven’t had a chance to use all the attachments, however the ball, hammer head, air cushioned head are all great. And the bullet head is perfect for getting deep in to the muscle tissue.All in all it is a great piece of kit and we are super happy with our purchase.
