Its helped me
I feel better after taking this. I haven’t been sick, but was reading about how our food didn’t have the minerals it used to and I tried it along with the Trace Minerals 40,000 Volts – Concentrate Supplement Drops for Electrolyte Support . I feel really good after taking both. I would suggest you take the zinc it with something as it bothers my stomach a little. Read up on it, you can take too much.

While I can’t say I notice the difference in how Zinc is doing for me, I do like this product’s price and the soft capsules are better than the tablets.

Este producto es muy bueno, lo he comprado anteriormente por Amazon, sin embargo esta vez solicité el mismo en capsulas que es la unica presentacion que tolero y me llegaron tabletas. El proveedor deberia tener mas cuidado con eso, lamentablemente no lo puedo devolver

I like this version of zinc for COVID prophylaxis. Not saying that is a fact— but I work around COVID and have not gotten it when using with vitamin C — can’t hurt— might help is my thought.

For the Zinc supplement I looked at the various manufacturers and was very happy to find Rubgy because I know them as a reliable with high quality, which gives me peace of mind.
