Doesn’t work at all for me
It will make you fall asleep easier but doesn’t keep you asleep. If you are waking up in the middle of the night, you will continue waking up. I tried it for 2 weeks; after 4-5 nights, it didn’t make me even fall asleep.

Bad batch?
This is my second time buying this supplement. The first batch worked like a charm. This batch however affected me differently: it kept up! Maybe it was just a bad batch, but I’m not buying it again and I would caution anyone who is thinking about buying this rather expensive supplement.Update: The seller addressed the review above and I was satisfied with the recourse we agreed upon. I also learned that nootropics are very sensitive to temperatures and their efficacy can be degraded if not handled or stored properly.

Kinda works?
I started taking this product hoping it would help me sleep through the night. It makes me sleepy, I fall asleep faster, and if I wake up I go back to sleep faster BUT it gives me horrifically vivid dreams/nightmares. I’m talking if I wake up at night and open my eyes it takes a few minutes for me to blink out of my dream and see the real world around me. I have NEVER experienced dreams like this before and a few days after I stopped taking them the dreams have gone back to my normal can’t remember them when I wake up dreams.
