These taste AMAZING and as someone who has a hard time falling asleep for years, THEY WORK. I do take over the counter and prescription meds as well, but these definitely help me fall sleep faster. I haven’t noticed any side effects and they work as promised.

Updating my review because the new version of the sleep vitamin is so awful that I can’t let an outdated review praise a terrible product.I loved the original Sleep Vitamins. My purchase history shows I bought the 3 months set FOURTEEN TIMES over! That’s how well the gummies worked, and they were so yummy to boot.Then it was changed overnight. The new bears taste just gross. Like rubbing alcohol disguised as a blueberry. Leaves this bitter alcohol flavor in your mouth. Then the melatonin headache sets in. Not a good sleep. Not a good wake up.I’m livid.Did the company even try focus groups? Did they find their focus group at a Covid clinic and none would admit they couldn’t taste a thing? There is no way on earth that this product is the result of a company legitimately trying to make a product better. This feels more like a cheaper outsourced shortcut to cut cost and take in as much profit for however long they can. Ugh. Which are not always enough and leave me tossing and turning and sometimes spending a few hours awake in the middle of the night. I started taking these and love that the melatonin count is relatively low (melatonin tends to give me headaches) but the added valerian and magnesium, HTP and lemon balm – or maybe just the lovely smell and flavor of these are enough for a placebo effect! – have been working wonderfully in not only allowing me to sleep peacefully throughout the night (what?!) but also able to jump out of bed fresh and earlier than I used to (what -what?!!). They are not cheap but neither is sleep deprivation so I’m ordering more!

Updated review: Re: Violent nightmares triggered my PTSD
While I was hopeful that this product would help me finally get some much needed sleep, not only did I only get four hours of fitful sleep, but I awoke in a panic after the worst nightmare I’ve ever had. I’ll spare the details, but two days later the sensation of fighting for my life (in the nightmare) still haunted me.I’m truly glad it works for so many people, which is why I chose to try these gummies. Based on so many positive reviews, I was excited to try them. They tasted good, so I was hopeful that I was off to a good start.For those of you who benefit from them, I’m happy for you. But given my experience, I’d rather get by on little sleep than experience anything again like what I did that terrifying night.Wishing everyone peaceful sleep and good dreams.UPDATE: After five months, I decided to give these another try-with just half a gummy to start. (I had not tossed them out as planned.) No nightmares. Worked up to 1, then 1.5 over a couple of months. I can now take 1-2 with no adverse side effects. They do help me fall asleep and stay asleep for a few hours, but I still rarely get more than 4-6 hours of sleep. Still, I felt the need to update and amend my initial review. I feel this product is worth a try.

I cannot use it for allergic but my boyfriend can. I gave it to him to try and he is on his second bottle. Sometine he may need the sleep tea or sleep aid nighttime liquid. Depends on what is running through his mind and if he can shut it off or not. Taste is a required taste but you get used to it. I recommend giving it a try.Side note: it is not used every night no drug should be as your body gets immuned to it and it stops working. It is good to alternate between sleep aids and take time off from it.

For me the gummies didn’t work very well but I am someone who struggles very much with sleep. They get me to sleep but then I wake within 3-4 hrs feeling anxious. They do however taste better than any other sleep gummy I have tried in the past.
