SPIRULINA / CHLORELLA TABLETS

Spirulina is a microscopic freshwater vegetable that gets its name from its tiny spiral shape. Its abundance of chlorophyll gives it a deep, emerald-green color. It’s rich in vitamin A as well as a good source of vitamins B1, B2, and iron. Spirulina is made up of 75% protein including all nine essential amino acids.

Chlorella is an incredible, multi-faceted superfood that is made up of 66% protein and boasts an array of nutrients including vitamin A and iron. A microscopic single-celled plant that grows in fresh water, chlorella’s abundance of chlorophyll gives it a deep, emerald-green color. The chlorella is gently dried after harvest, then the cell walls are broken using a unique, chemical-free centrifuge process. Afterwards, the chlorella powder is stamped into tablets without the use of binders, fillers, or additives.

Our Spirulina & Chlorella Tablets are a 50/50 blend of two potent, chlorophyll and protein-rich algae. Combined, they provide a full array of micro and macro nutrients including all the essential amino acids, vitamins B1, B2, B6, and B12, magnesium, iron, zinc, healthy fats and vitamin A (beta-carotene). The two algae complement each other perfectly, containing antioxidants (carotenoids) and anti-inflammatory compounds to boost immunity, while simultaneously working to detoxify and alkalize the body. This powerful green superfood nutrition aids the body in maintaining optimal health on the molecular level. SOURCE & CERTIFICATION

We source our spirulina and chlorella from two of the cleanest sources in the world, South Korea and Taiwan. Both are grown indoors in a controlled environment to avoid any possible atmospheric contamination that may occur as with outdoor-grown algae. Each batch is tested in third party laboratories to ensure purity. Although there is currently no organic designation for indoor grown algae, ours is grown and processed to organic standards.

SUGGESTED USE

Begin by taking 3 – 4 tablets 3 times per day. Swallow with water, blend into smoothies or eat out of the bag! Up to 10 servings per day.

Because spirulina and chlorella are both a 100% natural food (not a drug) more can be taken than you would expect. It is not uncommon for people to take 20 tablets per day or more, but it is best to start with a few tablets and gradually build up. Tablets can be eaten with food or on an empty stomach.
