Was having bad muscle cramps a lot at night, heard that magnesium helps. So I ordered these, at a great price by the way, I feel like they really help, the tingling is better and I’ve only had one or two leg cramps since I started taking them. They’re easy to swallow which is a bonus, and you get a lot so it’s a great value too. I would highly recommend.

Great cure for craps
I’ve been bothered by terrible leg craps at night that wake me and I have to endure these craps for approximately 30 minutes per episode. My doctors advise me that a Magnesium supplement is the cure for these craps and I find this product has helped quite a bit with easing and/or eliminating these craps completely.
