Works well and seems to give me some extra energy. They do have a ‘slight’ B vitamin smell (expected). Not too much of a taste. These seem to have almost the same effectiveness for me as a food- based B complex.

This provides the B but it still has the B upset stomach I would get with the non-methylated.

Great option for those with MTHFR
This vitamin B supplement is formulated for those with the MTHFR gene mutation that doesn’t allow the proper absorption of B vitamins. This mutation leads to fatigue and a host of other symptoms from improper metabolism of the B vitamins. Methylated vitamins are required for proper absorption.
