Truform 1774 from the Truform Lites series provides moderate graduated compression to help energize the legs and reduce discomfort. The 15-20 mmHg moderate compression level is great for leg fatigue and slight ankle, leg and foot swelling. They provide long-lasting support that appeals to today’s active, fashion conscious woman and serve excellently as both business and casual wear. Truform stockings, socks, and pantyhose feature Graduated Compression Technology, which delivers a compressive action to the leg that is greatest at the ankle, then gradually decreases toward the heart. This graduated compression provides two primary benefits to the legs: increased pressure on tissues beneath the skin helps treat and lessen swelling for the wearer, and the compression action helps control the size of the superficial veins that lie just beneath the skin; preventing the slowing of blood flow so it can flow more quickly up the leg and back toward the heart. They feature five intervals of therapeutic graduated compression, doctor-recommended to help relieve tired, heavy, and aching legs, aid in the treatment of varicose veins, and swelling of the leg and feet; ideal when sitting or standing for long periods of time. We take the extra time and effort necessary to insure a therapeutically effective, comfortable fit. The combination of state-of-the-art materials and equipment, plus knitting know-how sets Truform apart from the crowd to make your legs look and feel great.

Customers say

Customers find these compression stockings comfortable, well-made, and effective at controlling swelling in ankles and reducing pregnancy-related swelling. They receive positive feedback for their appearance, looking like regular thigh highs, and their compression level, with one customer noting they don’t squeeze too much to cause swelling. The fit and staying power receive mixed reviews – while some say they fit well and stay up well, others find them too tight and slipping down. Value for money opinions are also mixed, with some finding them great for the price while others say they’re not worth the money.

    Thigh high support
Due to having a number of leg clots I needed to wear these anytime that I fly so I tried the thigh highs for the first time. Not being used to these, it was a little difficult at first to put them on, but after a while, I got the hang of it. I like the sheer color. I machine wash and line dry them. They are mostly comfortable to wearand for the most part stay up pretty well. The compression is good, not too tight.

    Thigh high 10 stars!
Finally a compression hose (thigh high) that works. Doesn’t constrict or cut off blood flow like every knee high I’ve tried. Seems like it will not slip down and doesn’t pinch. Struggle to get on but well worth it.

Stays up really well, but doesn’t cover upper thigh
The compression level 15-20 was fine, but a little tighter than expected for the size (XL) I bought. I used the size guide measurements recommended , measuring ankle, calf, and thigh, and once arrived disappointed it did NOT fit all the way to the very top of the thigh like ones given after leg surgery and I’m only 5’2” but I am 175 lbs. They fit about 8 inches above the knees. Stayed up really well though, were comfortable walking around, standing or sitting, no pulling or pinching and I did NOT need to be readjusted or pulled up at all, so I am going to keep them. Color was a little on the yellowish side for the nude color, but my husband said they looked okay.

    DO NOT PURCHASE
0% do NOT recommend getting these. I’m up on my feet for 10 to 12 hours a day and thought these would help my legs. Instead they left me with rashes and even blistering on my thighs.

    Runs large
These were very nice and good quality but the size was off. They run large and would not stay up on my thigh.

Compared Jobst, Sheer Ease and VIM & VIGR to Truform. Truform wins.
I love these compression hose.I first bought a Jobst brand pair ($90) of compression hose at a local pharmacy. They fit right but as someone who walks during the middle of my day the hose would begin to sag and roll. The hosiery would eventually stop at my knee and would cut the circulation, totally defeating the purpose of compression hose. I ended up buying a garter but found out that if there is silicon on the edge of the hosiery the garter is useless. I started to look for hosiery that didn’t have the silicon on it. Not having ever used a garter I wanted to be sure I used it correctly. I realized pretty quickly a garter is not for me. I found it very frustrating to put on.I bought a pair of Sheer Ease and this pair of Truform both under $25. The compression for the Jobst was 20-30. The Sheer Ease and Truform are both 15-20. The Sheer Ease also rolled down. When I first tried on the Truform I was sure I was not going to be able to use them. The Truform does not feel anything like the Jobst or Sheer Ease. The material feels a little like polyester. I initially felt like they were cheaply made. I was wrong. After washing them once, by hand I felt a change in the texture of the material. I now only wear the Truform. I have large calves and legs and these Truform compression hose don’t roll down. They may sag just a little at the ankle but stay put at my thigh. I walk a mile during lunch and these stay put. No other products needed. The Truform have two silicon bands which obviously work. The Jobst have silicon beads that aren’t very effective.I own several pair of VIM & VIGR ($32) compression socks. I must buy large. Unfortunately, because they’re long I constantly had to adjust them. They would cut circulation at the ankleI plan on buying more.
