Methy-factor is worth it.
I love these drops instead of taking a pill. Taste great. The methyl factor is the selling point. Methyl factored Vitamin B makes it so the body can easily absorb it and you get more of the benefits, faster.

I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks and I’ve noticed a big change in my energy and concentration levels. It absorbs quickly and the liquid format is very practical. The taste is not the best, but it is well tolerated, especially if you mix it with juice. Ideal to combat fatigue and strengthen the nervous system.
