Fills the nutritional gap
I’m finally writing a review after taking these vitamins for a few months. I have a vitamin D deficiency, and most multivitamins with vitamin D supplements alone still came up short in the lab levels when taking 50 mcg. This vitamin finally closed that gap and added other supplemental nutrients. I’m happy with my purchase and can’t beat taking one capsule daily to get everything it offers. Thank you.

Felt a difference
I was low on vitamins and it showed I noticed a difference within 24 hours of taking them. I was always tired, sluggish body aching, and couldn’t concentrate. Wasn’t able to complete chores and no energy to talk to Anyone I usually get them from Walmart, but they were sold out. They worked great for me. It also stopped my hair from falling out.

Finally a Vegan Multi Vitamin
This is one of the best multivitamins I’ve tried. I like that it’s made with fruits, veggies, probiotics, and omegas instead of just synthetic ingredients. I feel more energized throughout the day, and it hasn’t upset my stomach like some other vitamins have. Plus, one bottle lasts a long time, which is a bonus.

Benefits and Taste
This vitamin has all you need for your daily nutrition. I’ve been taking it for several months now and can honestly say I feel improvements in my daily life. HOWEVER, these capsules are not for the faint of heart. They smell absolutely atrocious and taste just as bad as they smell. I’d like to say it’s something you get used to, but no, I can’t say that at all. Find something to mask the taste after you take it, I just take mine with breakfast and shove my mouth full of food after it goes down. I’m obligated to say the pros outweigh the cons.

WOW great improvements noticed in very short time
I am very pleased with the supplements. They are easy to swallow and have no bad taste or lingering affects, like burping, or upset tummy. I have noticed a significant change in my health, hair, nails…taking this for almost 3 weeks, as well as the other supplements from Supplements Studio. I feel I will be able to give an even more accurate review once I have an entire month behind me. However, at this time, I feel blessed that I came across such a great source of supplements with no added fillers, made from organic foods. My Dr. was impressed !!! Smells like….
Smells a bit like velarian root…taste like it too. Kind of ‘nasty’. The ingredients look good, so I’m going with it, but it doesn’t smell good….sorry ~
