Heating Instructions
Heat in microwave for 90 seconds. Add increments of 20 seconds if necessary.Reheating the product in the same session should be done after 15 minutes minimum, for 30 seconds.Heating times are based on a 1000-Watt microwave. Please adjust accordingly. Do Not Overheat!Heat therapy duration: 15-25 minutes.
Additional Heating Tips
Do not wash or wet the wrap. If it gets dirty, simply clean it with disinfectant wipes. Make sure that the wrap is clean and dry before heating it in the microwave. Place the wrap on a clean dry plate. Make sure that the wrap is folded so it does not touch the sides of the microwave.

Soothing overall
I bought one of the regular size in the lavender scent, then one without. They are nice and soothing overall.The lavender scent was quite strong and I wanted to take it on a trip with me, but had concerns that the smell might be overwhelming for my travel buddy. I bought the unscented one, but didn’t care for the odor. For some reason, the package itself smelled like BO. I figured since it was sealed, the item itself would be OK, but that smelled like BO too. It has now aired out for a couple weeks and seems OK. The overpowering lavender smell has also lessened and I’m enjoying it.Like another reviewer noted, I heat it for 30 seconds in the microwave, rearrange it, and heat again, up to 1.5 minutes total (but only 30 seconds at a time) and haven’t had any issues. I always put it on a paper plate to prevent it touching any microwave spills.This is really nice for my neck issues. There is just the right amount of fill — I can shift it so there’s no fill on the back but plenty on the sides, so it kind of works like a C-collar, except I can put my head back on the couch or chair if I like. I do recommend it.
