Throw your other heat packs away!
This heat pack is the softest, most versatile thing ever! It holds heat well and you can freeze it! You can literally put it anywhere and it stays! I wasn’t too impressed when I opened it thinking ok, let’s try it but honestly I love it. Super soft! You can lean on it and it’s not so bulky that you’re uncomfortable. I give it 10 stars! Love, love, love this wonderful heat pack. But this, I promise you’ll love it!

awesome soft material, nice and heavy and thick. smells great. only thing is is that it takes a lot longer than 45 seconds to warm up. i did 2 minutes and 30 seconds with an 1000 watt microwave and found that seemed to be perfect for me personally. stayed nice and warm for 45 minutes ish

It is a bit flimsy. It says to heat on 35 sec, and that does nothing. So, I heat it on 130 min. Also does not say hot for very long. And the middle is very thin, hardly any seeds in it.

Dissapointed in the structural quality of this product.
I am giving this review thing a try because I was so bummed out about this product falling apart at its second use. As you can see in the picture that I have attached to this review. The corners are opening up at the seems. This isn’t just one corner it is multiple. Flaxseed is falling out and I can’t use it. I have tried to start sewing up one of the corners myself but then a new corner just pops open. It’s almost like the lining inside of the blue has a hole in it. I am highly dissatisfied and I am not sure if I just received a poorly made one and the rest are decent or not but I don’t give this product more than a 3. It did heat up fairly well the first time I microwaved it and it is nice and soft. Wish I could use it!

Wonderful for neck pain
I have been using homemade rice packs for neck and shoulder pain for years. I happened to come across this and I am so glad I did. It does take a while to heat up, but the shape and the ties are just so useful! I can tie it around me and continue doing whatever it is I want to do, rather than having to sit or lie down and position a rice back just so. And the fabric is SO soft! Great purchase!!

Soft and convenient!
I ordered the compress due to a salivary gland blockage problem located behind my ear near the back of my jaw. This fits wonderfully round the area to assist with alleviating pain and discomfort. The product heats as expected and I ordered another to place in the freezer for those times an ice pack is required.

Doesn’t get cold
This is advertised as a hot and cold pad but it doesn’t get cold. It feels really nice and soft. It’s very flexible and will adjust to your body. It really feels great. I would compare it to a sort of bean bag material.It just does NOT get cold. I’m very disappointed because my boyfriend hurt his back. He has an electric heating pad but no ice pack so I got this for him and it does not get cold. I left it in the freezer over night and it’s not frozen. It’s sightly cold but I wouldn’t call it a cold pack. Very disappointing especially for the price.

What a pleasant surprise!
I ordered this large microwave heating pad, thinking that at this price, it might not be quite up to par! What a surprise! The cover is absolutely gorgeously flawless! It is flexible enough to wrap the neck and shoulders. The smooth velvety exterior needs no extra wrapping to make it comfy. The firmly stitched baffles keep the flax seed from bunching up. I had to play around with microwave times but, quickly found the optimal setting. There is no odor when it is heated. I’m in love!

I purchased this for my 67 years old aunt, she found it is working pretty well for her, easy to use and quality is pretty good. Soft to touch and hold, just be careful not directly touch your skin, quite hot in first 5 mins. She uses a towel to wrap it until then, heat usually last for 15 – 20 mins that depends on where you put it on. I will purchase one for my grandma when it is on sale.

Love this item. Heat for 3 minutes in the microwave. It covers the neck and shoulders. Moist heat and weighted. Only negative is it cools quickly. Feels amazing on neck, upper back and shoulders.

I have been using the same TruHealth microwaveable heating pad every single night for several years now and thought it was time for a new one. Nothing wrong with the one i have other than it looks really worn. I wanted the same brand since i knew it worked so well, but what i received is not what is pictured. The old one i have is sturdy and stitched well and resembles what you see advertised. What i received was the same material,weight and stitching as a cheap stuffed animal at a carnival. Super flimsy and the seeds move around easily, leaving empty spots everywhere. My mistake was believing the advertised picture. The return was quick and easy.
