Exactly what I needed
This heating pad is great! I have some compressed discs in my back and use it at night before bed to relieve the achiness and increase blood flow to the area. I heat it for 1 minute, refold it, and then heat it for another minute and the temp is just right (not directly on my skin). The chenille fabric is super soft and it is well made. I bought a second one to have at our son’s house.

Smells Like Burnt Popcorn and Already Has a Hole
I’ve only had this for 11 days, and after microwaving it for just 2 minutes, it now has a hole in it. The smell when heated is exactly like burnt popcorn, pretty unpleasant. Looking at the filling (see photo), it seems to be made with some kind of seeds, which might explain the smell. Disappointed in the durability and overall quality.
