Variety of sound choices/ good quality audio sound
Purchase 11/2019 Reviewed 2/2024. This item is still functioning & working well. It has a variety of sounds to choose from & you can set a timer for how long to play the sounds. The audio on mine is still clear, I had another sound machine & after a while the sounds kinda became garbled – the ones on this are still clear. The only thing I don’t like, which I don’t like in any device in the bedroom, incl. clocks is lighted buttons. That small little light seems to take over the whole room, so I lay a thick cloth over the buttons, & still the sound comes thru clear. I will buy again if the one I have stops working.

Just what I wanted
I have used noise machines for many years. I ordered this model when my old one died. I love the variety of sounds available. It’s flat and weighs about the same as other noise machines so it’s easily portable for traveling. The cord that comes with it is appears to be sturdy and should last as long as the machine itself. I noticed other reviewers had issues with the sound on the lowest level. If you aren’t accustomed to using a noise machine it may seem loud at first, but as long time user I think the sound is fine. The only down side I have found at all is that some of the buttons/controls light up when the power is on so be aware of that if you like a really dark room when sleeping. However, that’s not anything that would keep me from being very satisfied with this purchase.

Nice sound machine
This is a quality made product which works well. It has multiple settings which include nature sounds and a music setting. It has a timer for 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. I bought it to help put me to sleep and I am out before the timer stops. I took off one star because the volume does not adjust low enough to use at the bedside without bothering my spouse. It is not bluetooth so you would have to wear earbuds so I can’t use it every night.

Very loud
Loved the shape, size, and number of choices of sounds, but will be returning it because many of the sounds are too loud to go to sleep to. I would have to put it in another room to use the white, pink, or brown noises. The lowest volume for these is very loud. Sorry, would loved to be able to keep and enjoy this.

I purchased this for the crackling fireplace sound & it’s perfect
I purchased this to place under my electric fireplace. The fireplace sound is extremely authentic, and adds a great deal of ambience. Prior to setting it up, I listened to some of the other sounds. While all sounded great, I would recommend that the manufacturer allow for lower volume settings. I use the lowest setting for the crackling sound of the fireplace, but did notice that some of the other sounds are a little loud, even at the lowest setting. With that said, I give this 5 stars, as it works perfectly for my needs.

Realistic, comforting sounds
I’m a light sleeper in a quiet place in the country, with noisy neighbors who keep odd hours next door, so I would awaken every night to slamming car doors, idling diesel trucks, and loud phone conversations. I was able to compare working models of all the other brands at the store, and this one had the most realistic sound, nicest display, and best price. I use it every night, and even on the lowest volume, it’s enough that it levels out the “bumps in the night” enough that I sleep through the night. The other night, we had some weird weather with sudden loud gusts of high winds rattling the windows. I turned on my sound machine to a steady wind sound and was able to get a full night’s sleep.

Speaker makes wierd noise
I like how loud this item gets (I live in an apartment and needed something really loud) but one of the speakers makes random static noise when I have it on the highest setting. I have it on the white noise and tried several other noises, but they all make this wierd static randomly (this is different then the white noise) . It ends up making sleeping difficult.

I brought this machine for the benefits of battery and cable powered as well as having an aux plug. It’s pretty well made and has good weight. The sounds included aren’t too bad, definitely not crisp but I mainly purchased this for the thunder sound which is the worst sounding of the lot. New Batteries only lasted 4 nights.
