*This product is adopted blue tooth wireless technology and there is around 40~50ms delay. If you hear siginficant echo, it is possible that the bluetooth connection becomes weak or low battery, you can try to adjust the positions of the headset and transmitter or power them off and then restart them later. Please charge them if low battery.

*This product is a bone conduction headset + sound collector transmitter rather than a sound amplifier.

*The transmitter picks up all sounds, so please try to use the product at the quiet enviroments.

* If you use the products at very noisy enviroments, you may hear terrible sounds and cannot hear people’s clear sounds.

*The conversation hearing mode and blue tooth mode(connect with mobile phone) cannot work at the same time.

* When you need the headset for phone call, please power off the sound transmitter and connect the headset with your mobile phone.

*This product is not for everyone. The people who have significant auditory nerve problems are not suitable.

*If you hear voices distorted, please reduce the volume.

Wearing earplugs to hear the bone conduction sounds

Bone conduction headsets transmit sounds directly to inner ears by bone without passing earholes and eardrums. Bone conduction headphones are open ear and so you may hear the sounds from earholes as well. So you may hear the sounds both from the bone transmission & earholes while you wearing the bone conduction headphone.In order to better hear bone conduction sounds, it is suggested to put the earplugs into your earholes and it may reduce sound echo and feedback.

TV connections.

With bluetooth enabled TV connection

No need the transmitter, just pair the bone conduction headset with TV.

No cable connection

The simple way:

Pair the headset with the transmitter and put the transmitter next to TV speaker.

*Note: if you hear TV sounds not in sync, please re-power on the headset and trasmitter to reduce the interference.

3.5-3.5mm audio connection

Use 3.5-3.5mm cable to connect the transmitter with TV audio out port or headset jack, please be sure the audio out port is working. The TV sounds will come out from headset instead of TV speaker, so it won’t bother other people while you enjoy TV even the sounds are loud.

3.5-RCA audio connection

Use 3.5-RCA cable to connect the transmitter with TV RCA audio out port, please be sure the RCA audio out port is working. In this way, TV sounds will emit from both TV speaker & headset, so you can enjoy TV shows with your family, but you family don’t need to adjust the volume while you can adjust the headset to have your own volume to watch TV.

Headset sizes

The headset can be suitable for most of people. The neckband cannot be adjustable.
