Original Voodoo Floss Brand from the Creator!!! (Dr. Kelly Starrett)
tl;dr: These are the original made by Dr. Kelly Starrett. They work great!I started have pain in my inner elbow, which after some research seemed to be some sort of tendinopathy. After a handful of YouTube videos I put together a physical therapy regiment for myself. My pain improved some, but after like 3 months, the issue persisted and the initial pain reduction is all that I achieve. Then I randomly stumbled upon a video about voodoo floss/muscle floss bands!I was convinced to give it a shot and bought a couple that looked promising. I later came across a video from the knees over toes guy that featured Dr. Kelly Starrett and that’s where I learned that he had invented these and after a quick search realized that this brand was his!I then proceeded to return the other bands I had purchased, especially since these are the ones I had been using most and seemed to be best. The second best had a nicer color, but felt too thin and short. The knockoffs just didn’t hit right. No wonder these felt like the best, because they are the originals!I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy some of these to get these! I always highly prefer to support the original of stuff, except if it’s unreasonably priced like at 3x or more. Fortunately these cost about the same as any other knockoff! Definitely worth it!And yes, they did work for me and have allowed me to more freely get back into doing curls and other lifts that can tax my elbow. My pain is not fully gone, but these did more in 1 week than the stretches and rehab exercises did in 3 months!Best purchase I’ve made in a while!

Best value voodoo floss band
This voodoo band is top notch, and I can tell it will last for years to come. A bit lighter than my other one, I am using this primarily for my leg and all the joints attached to my leg. It has without a doubt already alleviated my knee pain from compression and mobility/functional movement…enough to where I am re-thinking a visit I set up with a specialist to get my knee looked at. For any achilles tendon issues, you can tack down the back of the leg more where the tendon actually is, and go through some exercises. Hands down would add another one for travel or to have in my car or bag in case I need some quick flossing action.

Great for Elbow Flossing, But a Bit Slippery
I’ve been using the WOD Nation Muscle Floss Bands for a while now, mainly for flossing my elbow, and I’ve got to say, they do make a difference. The idea of using a band to help with sore muscles and improve mobility sounded intriguing, and these bands have lived up to that promise.What I Like:• Effective for Sore Muscles: They really help in relieving the soreness in my elbow. After using them, I feel a noticeable improvement in mobility and less discomfort.• Portable with a Carrying Case: The included carrying case is super handy for taking the bands to the gym or storing them at home.A Little Challenge:• Slippery Material: The one issue I’ve found is that they can be pretty slippery, especially if you’re trying to use them by yourself. Unlike other bands I’ve tried, these don’t have a powder coating, which means they can slip around and make it a bit tough to keep them in place during use.Overall Impression:Despite the slipperiness, I’m pretty happy with these floss bands. They’re effective for what I need, especially for my elbow flossing routine. It’s a 4-star product for me – great for muscle recovery but could be improved with a less slippery material or a coating for better grip.

Well made and helpful. A bit of a learning curve
This is a wonderfully innovative product that can really help with strengthening joints and mobilization issues. I look forward to using it as a manual therapist who uses their wrists a lot. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because I wish there had been more help in getting through the learning curve of the how and the why you would use these.The quality of the material, however is really good and it comes with a case to keep it together. I look forward to getting the most out of these and would recommend them to anyone who might benefit from compression and tension as they work to strengthen their joints and surrounding soft tissue.

Unfortunately I couldn’t afford those and didn’t feel like repurposing bicycle tubing
I was interested in floss bands for a while when Voodoo bands first came out. Unfortunately I couldn’t afford those and didn’t feel like repurposing bicycle tubing. Few years later voodoo bands have competition–WOD Floss bands. These are very affordable and work as intended! Buying the two pack is the best deal–they are versatile and replace many of my braces and wraps (ankles, knees, elbows, forearms/wrists). I pulled my left shoulder not too long ago and was going to buy a proper shoulder brace till I remembered about the floss bands–did a quick google search for “floss bands shoulder” and I was sold. Wrapped up my shoulder up, did a few quick rotations and stretches and was good to go. I also started using these bands two wrap up my hands/forearms for when I use my 50lb kettlebells–for some reason when I shoulder press these, the kettlebells rest in a spot on my forearms that causes some pain. The WOD floss bands work great to deter this, as well as enhance my grip when lifting weights! Love em. Now I just gotta get my butt to the gym more.

General Flossing:If you’re curious about the validity of flossing and whether or not it’s effective know that it is excellent for recovery and pains. I’ve used it plenty on myself and with clients, nothing but good results.This Product:TL;DR: If you’re just curious, buy this. It’s affordable and great quality.Delivery was swift.The floss itself is excellent, I love the red with extra strength for flossing my quads/calves. The logo is visually appealing and only on one end, they didn’t slap it along the whole length of it – which I appreciate.The little bag they come in is exceptionally handy as is the elastic bands they are held together with when you get them (colour coded rubber bands for you OCD people).You get a follow up e-mail making sure you got your product and you’re happy with it. I personally responded with constructive feedback and they let me know that my opinion was helpful and appreciated.Overall, I’m extremely pleased!

Love these bands! I experimented with 4 other brands before I found one that I could replace my favourite brand that is no longer being produced and am very happy indeed! (If anything, I would love if they made them slightly longer, but no one does – and if the blacks were available as well!)
