Nice product.
I’m on my first day with this, so I don’t know how it will wear over time. I will try to update in a few months since I see a lot of reviews that say it works for six months or a year and then it doesn’t work. And then they can’t get product support. For me, it meets all of my needs and it is very convenient to plug in in a hospital, which is what I needed it for. I got tired of asking for warm blankets and having them come either not warm anymore or not warm enough, or not at all. So this is a very quick and easy solution for just about anybody.

Everything I was looking for
I like that I can set the timer as low as 30 minutes, and that the heat has just the right settings for my needs. My last heating pad (different brand) was still way too hot at the low setting for the first 15 minutes, then you could barely feel any heat after that.

Actual neck area doesn’t heat well. There needs to be multiple snaps to be able to adjust size. Doesn’t stay down because it’s not tight enough so I have to hold it.

Impressive amount of heat
I have shoulder and neck pain from a car accident that happened a couple years ago. When it really bothers me, I use a heating pad often times when I am working. But a standard heating pad is hard to position correctly and keep in place. This heating pad specifically designed for the neck and back solves my problems.The heating pad is very soft and comfortable to wear and has a snap on the front to keep it in place. The pad is machine washable (once removing the cord). The 7ft cord makes is convenient to ensure you can reach an outlet. The timer (30,60,90,120 min) is helpful so you if you fall asleep or if you forget to shut it off, it will turn itself off. It also kicks out a surprising amount of heat. I just used it last night and the highest heat setting I used was 2 (there are 6 total).

This heating pad is very satisfying, as it is both flexible and soft. It conforms to the body and provides ample coverage of the neck and shoulders. The snap is a little tough, and you must remember to un-snap before you attempt to walk away. The heating levels provide adequate warmth per level. Between the levels of heat and the timer choices, there is quite a bit of flexibility. The controls are well designed, as is the entire heating module.
