Better than any other sleep supplement I’ve tried!
As someone that’s had issues with sleep off and on most of my life, this product has worked when all else has failed. I’ve tried tons of natural sleep aides, supplements, and herbs. This works better than them all for me. I can typically fall asleep rather quickly and stay asleep as well. The amount of melatonin is great, as its roughly the same amount your body would make on its own. Many products contain way too melatonin and desensitize you to it.The taste of this is not great, admittedly, but with how effective it is, it’s worth using anyway. I add an extra bit of flavored magnesium powder to it and I find that helps.I find this product to be a good value with how effective and high quality it is. It lasts roughly 1 month with daily use. I find it important to cycle supplements, however, and will take short breaks, as this ensures the product remains effective.
