I’m someone who gets sick very easily and often. I hate swallowing large pills even as an adult so it’s nice as a gummy option! They have good flavor and consistency. Solid price point. I definitely have noticed an improvement to my overall health regularly taking them and subscribed monthly to stay on track!Edit* Came back to update my review from 4 to 5 stars as they reformulated the gummy and the texture/freshness lasts SO much better now!
